"Location: close to major transit hub, restaurants, shops. This was a lively area with a great vibe. Host: highly responsive. Ability to drop luggage earlier than check-in without extra cost."
"Noise at night: restaurant/bar beneath us that were noisy late at night; subway below us that started around 4 am. If you're a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. This being said, we didn't notice it after 3-4 nights."

"accessing the apartment was very easy. the instructions was crystal clear.the host promptly attends to your query. the location is top tier. you can find everything u need around there. supermarkets, wet markets, pharmacy, cafes, laundromat and not to mention the varieties of cafes and restaurants around. most importantly we felt so safe walking around the area."

"The location is amazing. It's walking distance to the Louvre. There are do many little restaurants and shops all around. It's walking distance to the train station and it had a lift so you don't have to drag your luggage up the stairs."

"We were a bit anxious about our stay as we'd read a bad review -- but we absolutely loved it! If you're wanting to stay in a beautiful, classic apartment that makes you feel like a genuine local, this is the place for you! We were happy to miss out on what might be considered more 'modern' conveniences - like a lift, or a more convenient bathroom/shower/toilet lay-out (you'll see when you get there!) for the wonderful ambience of a tastefully decorated, old-world-feel, authentic apartment. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was clean, everything worked as it should. The location was the cherry on top - close to everything."

"Krásný, čistý, nový, prostorný a výborně vybavený byt, skvělá volba pro rodinu i na delší pobyt, za dobrou cenu. Velmi vstřícné jednání majitele. Pekárna s čerstvými bagetami za 1 euro přímo v domě, malý obchod přes ulici, větší obchody nedaleko. Parkování na uzavřeném parkovišti v ceně. Klidná čtvrť. Předání klíčů přes různě umístěné schránky je zajímavá hra. Takže celkově vynikající ubytování."

"Slightly out of town so feels local (10min walk to centre). Interior is class, much better than photos suggest and best of all it is very comfortable so a place you want to go back to after a long day exploring. Booked for 9 nights and would happily use as a base again."

"Beautiful After a long day cycling we stayed in this breakfast hotel (15 Rue Aristide Briand) The host was very helpful, when we needed some help finding the hotel. It was like stepping back in time. The interior was old French beautiful style. Lot of brown mahogany, nice. And the big garden and long garden was well kept with many beautiful flowers and bushes. The breakfast was impressive. We felt that we were in another world."
