"We liked the room, the food, the staff and the hotel altogether."
"To be honest, we were quite disappointed with our stay. Unfortunately, the photos shown online do not match the reality at all. The room was not clean — we noticed mold, as well as black hairs, which made the experience very unpleasant. Overall, the condition of the room did not meet even basic expectations. It was really upsetting to pay for a hotel and receive such a low standard in return. We hope you take this feedback seriously and improve the quality for future guests. Anna"

"Veliký Ibis hotel v pěší vzdálenosti od centra Arles, hlídané parkoviště v ceně přímo u hotelu, prostorné společenské zázemí hotelu (k dispozici) mikrovlnná trouba, možnost posezení), standard room, relativně obyčejný. Kdo využívá Ibis bude spokojen (cena/kvalita)."
"Blízko metra i Bercy areny. Opravdu dobře odhlučněná okna, velmi pohodlná postel. Dobré snídaně."
