"By far one of the most beautiful places I ever stayed in. The apartment was very spacious and a lot of the apartments actually come with their own little private garden. Everything is very clean and well maintained. It was very easy to reach and has lots of possibilities for grocery shopping but also restaurants in the area and in Angouleme. For the price of this apartment with garden you could never find a tiny room in a bigger European city. It is very peaceful and there are lots of hiking trails around."

"What a gem! We booked for 2 night and booked for a 3rd night when we saw how nice it was. It was a little cottage with a garden for our dog. A much needed rest for us all. Comfy bed. Well equiped kitchen & nice bathroom. The pool is a relief in the heat."

"I loved staying at Montboulard! I stopped over just for the night on my drive to Germany and wow, what a pleasant surprise! The premises are beautiful!!! The room was very nice, spacious, clean and comfortable, i slept like a baby! The hotel manager is super nice and everyone else was very friendly! This is one of the few times at Booking that everything was better than expected! I would love to stay here again."

"The host greeted us on arrival and was very friendly and helpful. She showed us around our accommodation and also told us about the local area and gave us lots of leaflets, which helped us plan days out during our stay. Staying in the mobile home meant we had our own private terrace which was really nice, as we could keep ourselves to ourselves when dinning and relaxing. The children loved the pool and was the perfect size for our son who has only recently learnt to swim. The accommodation is in a good location for exploring lots in the local area."

"Annie, the owner, was the perfect host. Every morning she made us breakfast with selections of home made jams. Annie would give us all the imformation of local sights. Room was clean and comfortable with seating area outside overlooking the garden. Plenty of parking on property. Very good restaurants within walking distance of property and beach about 10 minutes drive. Cannot wait for return."
