"the size of the property it is very clean the instruction for check in was very clear"
"WOW!!! This apartment is absolutely perfect, and Severine the host is so kind and friendly. The apartment has everything you need, and more. It’s so comfortable, and has so many lovely touches. All you need to cook a dinner, clean yourselves and your clothes! It’s fantastically clean too! Oh..and easy parking. The communication with Severine was lovely, and well timed. You knew ahead of time the (easy to understand) information needed to find the property and check in, which always puts my mind at ease. There was also useful information left in the home. We wish we’d found this gem of a home earlier in our vacation, we would have loved to have stayed longer, and hope to return again. We used it as a stop over on our way back to Roscoff for our ferry home to the UK, and I’d absolutely recommend you doing the same. Thank you so much"
"Appartement bien équipé dans un secteur calme. Proximité du plan d'eau pour se rafraîchir"
"Apartment was spotlessly clean, both beds were comforable. The bathroom was lovely, great shower. Location for station and town exactly what we needed."
"The Studio-apartment is nice, the price quality is correct, and the service is adequate and very helpful and friendly, for sure on my next return to Cognac I will stay there again. Thank you."
"Localisation en centre ville super, très calme, assez grand. Très bon rapport qualité-prix"
