"Skvělá lokalita, v centru starého města Nice. Hned pod ubytováním je restaurace s lokálníma pivama, vlakové nádraží 20 minut pomalou chůzí, ubytování celkově asi pět minut do centra. Takže super. Od pláže také kousek. Na ubytování je velká společná místnost se stolem a lavicemi, kde si posedí šest lidí. Malý obývák, ložnice a dvě ložnice v patře. Celkem šest plnohodnotných lůžek. Vybavená kuchyň, k dispozici čaj a moc dobré kapsle do kávovaru, kterých bylo také dostatek. Na ubytování k dispozici ručníky, osušky, toaletní papír, sprchový gel a šampon. Kladně hodnotím i pračku se sušičkou, která je také k dispozici, jen bez pracího gelu. Klíče byly k dispozici už od 11:15 hod, takže jsme se mohly ubytovat dříve. Moc milá paní hostitelka."

"The location of this apartaments is awesome. If you travel a lot, so it is perfect for you. All around you can find so many cosy restaurants. The sea is near by. You can go any direction. The apartaments have all needed things."
"First of all it is smaller than in a pictures, but it is suitable for 6 persons. Secondly, if you want a quite place for rest its not for you… below there are pubs bars and other restaurants. So the noise is till 4 oclock in the morning… so you need to sleep in a quite or you must drink too… sad but this is a true."

"The location in the middle of the old town is perfect and the size of the flat was great. We were 5 travellers and had enough space for all. And everxthing was very clean, we got enough towels. We needed to heat the flat as it was quite cold, after some tests it was no problem. The house was was not loud only the bar next door held people outside, but no longer then midnight - and the bar ist a super tip for having a drink! Our host - we did not meet in person - was nice, we communicated via whatsapp two times."
