"Dost jsme si vařili a vybavení v kuchyni bylo nedostatečné. Co nám nejvíce přidělalo práci a ubralo čas, byla loupající pánvička, museli jsme každou část jídla dělat v jednom hrnci."

"While overall it is in good shape, there were a few small maintenance issues: eg, the toilet seat was broken, the bathroom window was cracked, the ceiling paint in the bathroom and toilet was chipping off, and the door hinges need oiling. But these are quite minor issues, and overall this is a nice place to stay, super well located."

"Great location, close to Notre Dame and lots of cafes along the street, very spacious apartment, we were 5 adults and had no problems fitting, even with sofa beds opened. Lift was very handy for heavy luggage. Beautiful looking apartment though with the wooden floors, large windows and ornate ceilings"

"Communication could be better, we noticed the toilet seat was broken on first night, so contacted owner twice about it, but no response, so it was a fine balancing act (had also sent messages months previously regarding the sofa beds and check in process but had no response and there was no info for checkout,). Sofa beds definitely make a noise as mentioned before and there is still just 3 coffee mugs and broken power points as has been mentioned before as well."

"Location, location, location. We have stayed in many different areas of Paris & this is by far our favourite. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We cooked & entertained in the beautiful living space. Washing machine was easy to use for English speaking & drying rack had space for two loads of washing. Heating worked very well."

"Nothing really. If I were to suggest anything, it would be a new cover/throw for couch. Toilet is very narrow but to be expected in French apartments."

"The apartment was big and spacious, there was heaps of room for a family of four, and it had all the amenities we required. We stayed there for four nights with our two children (ages 12 and 9) and were very comfortable. The shower was excellent. The location is amazing and very vibrant (but not noisy at night). It's located on the same island as the Notre Dame Cathedral - and in fact the cathedral is at the end of the street and you can glimpse it from the back bedroom. The location was convenient for several Metro and RER stations, so it was easy to get to the Eiffel Tower, Louvre or Disney Land. There were many restaurants in the area and a bakery a couple of doors down for fresh croissants and pastries."

"Maintenance of the property. The couches seemed quite dirty. There were only three mugs in the kitchen and no bowls. Some of the windows were tricky to open."

"We loved it all. Perfect apartment to stay in with a group. The apartment had a lot of character, was very central and had everything we needed including a coffee machine. There is a little supermarket 200m so very convenient."

"It can get a bit noisy at the apartment at night and early morning but that is nothing the host can solve - there is a hospital right next door so you will hear ambulances and also the street is very busy but that is only because it's in the heart of the city so understandable, it's nothing unbearable, just pack a pair of earplugs."

"We were a but wary after reading previous reviews, but the apartment was fine. Apartment is on first floor - there is a small lift or about 20 stairs. It is less than a five minute walk to Notre Dame - you could see it from the back bedroom. Transport was good - less than a 10 minute walk to Saint Michel Notre Dame for metro and RER B but there are two (possibly three sets of stairs. Fine going down but testing going up. Comfortable beds (didn't use the sofa beds so cannot comment); excellent shower; washer/dryer (in one) and a drying rack. A lot for good food places at your door as well as many souviner shops (prices matched those across the city)."

"Maintenance of the property - a window in the back room had a crack in the glass and didn't open properly (advised owner). Sometimes when unplugging kitchen appliances, the powerpoints (electric sockets) came out of the wall; only three cups for four people. Entry was an electronic 'fob' on the outer doors and then a key for the apartment. There was only one of each. It was fine for the key as there is a lock box outside the apartment door but we were two couples and when we did different things we had to work out who might be back first and they would take the fob."
