"Lack of air conditioning, particularly in the back bedroom which got very hot and stuffy. A lot of requirements by the host, such as providing an insurance certificate. We are travelling all over France and have never been asked for this elsewhere. It was difficult to do and caused us stress. Also detailed, intensive cleaning required before we left which was a bit much!"
