"A calm and quiet house in a safe neighborhood with free street parking. The house is older but renovated for short-term rental purposes, which is reflected in the standard of the amenities. The equipment is sufficient and the apartment is spacious. There is no elevator in the building, which didn’t bother me. The neighbors are quiet and they expect the same from the guests."

"Lovely little apartment in the courtyard of a restaurant situated in what appears to be the oldest building in Ugine, a castle. The host was very helpful and no fuss. Airy, light, large bedroom with a small showeroom and kitchen too."

"L'emplacement, au cœur du village. Un appartement extrêmement lumineux, relativement spacieux pour sa pièce principale, avec une très belle vue, sans vis-à-vis. Une cuisine spacieuse et bien équipée à l'exception d'un lave-vaisselle inexistant, pourtant indiqué dans la description. Le parking au pied de l'appartement. Le rapport qualité prix exceptionnel, en cette fin janvier, début février 2026, les vacances scolaires ne débutant que la semaine suivante ... A noter (ce qui n'était pas un problème pour nous, mais qui pourrait l'être pour certains), que l'appartement se trouve au dernier étage (4ème), sans ascenseur ...."
