"Comfortable, clean and well equipped flat in a great location very close to the railway station and a short walk to the city. Patrick was friendly and provided the information we needed for arrival and departure. .We spent time in Caen and took the train to Bayeux, Mont Saint-Michel and Rouen. Each was worth a visit. We would stay again and recommend."

"The apartment is nice-looking, very well-equipped, and close to the train station. There is a large shopping mall nearby and a few supermarkets. The city center is within walking distance."

"The host takes a deposit of 500(!) euros. You have to authorize your credit card on some no-name payment system for that. It's a bit nervous. However, the payment was unblocked within days after check-out. The neighborhood is a bit run-down, a it often is in the vicinity of the train station. Hold your breath when passing through the arc to the station square :-) Check-in instructions could be more clear and have some pictures."

"Petit studio bien placé à 20 min à pied du centre historique de Caen. Propre, lumineux, au calme et bien équipé. Assez spacieux pour mettre un lit parapluie. Petit plus : pendant une semaine, on a toujours trouvé des places de parking gratuites dans les rues aux alentours."
