Star Champs-Elysées

"Úžasná lokalita, nesmírně vstřícný personál, pravidelný úklid a doplněné vybavení, chutné snídaně. Pokoj sice malý, ale útulný a čistý, postel pohodlná. Je patrné, že hotel prošel rekonstrukcí, vše je nové, plně funkční, spolehlivé a účelné."

"Ocenili bychom ledničku na pokoji (obzvlášť s přicházejícím létem) a lépe vyřešený sprchový kout (při delším sprchování voda vytéká do koupelny). Ale není to nic, co by kazilo výsledný dojem."

"The hotel and room were lovely. Staff friendly and helpful and a good location."

"The size of the pool and facilities with it"

"Staff excellent and friendly, great location. Pool was wonderful with pressurised jets. Fantastic to get the lift immediately down to the pool."

"What a gorgeous boutique hotel!! We stayed for two nights in a superior room which had everything we needed, the bathroom was small but very clean and modern. The shower was amazing!! The staff on reception were very friendly and helpful, thank you for your recommendation of a restaurant nearby which had delicious French cuisine.(L'Arc Brasserie). We had breakfast both mornings in the hotel, which had all the usual choices for a continental breakfast. One fantastic waiter (sorry I didn't get your name) showed me the selection of teas available to ensure that he served me the correct one, which I really appreciated. Thank you! I would highly recommend staying in The Star Champs Elysees, if coming to Paris. Looking forward to our next trip already."

"The only negative was that the hot food at the buffet wasn't very hot! But all other food was delicious 😋"

"The bed, pillows and linens were amazing. Location for holidays. Fringe of local restaurants but easy access to main routes, activities and sites. Staff was so friendly and helpful, especially the evening staff. Breakfast has lots of options. Housekeeping staff works so hard; the rooms/halls were spotless."

"The shower setup floods into bedroom with no lips or seals, especially since bed almost touches shower wall. Bring ear plugs if light sleeper as sound proofing is as expected in old buildings. Staff seemed to struggle with booking spa services, saying it was available but then not being able to complete bookings. Breakfast area is too cramped for table sizes, and breakfast items aren’t replenished. You can’t get around tables/people to the reach the food, and not enough places for those who booked breakfast to even sit."

"Everything was excellent, clean and comfortable , great stuff, super location"

"Everything , the pool with warm water"

"There was coffee everyday in the hotel room that you can make, the hotelroom gets cleaned every day (you get an card and you can say if you want it cleaned or not). Staff was really friendly, buffet was extremely pleasant food and bread is fresh and also warm food. The pool is nice, has an shower for afterwards with bathrobes towels and flipflpos."

"Nothing"

"A bit more variety for breakfast. But it is good overall"

"More soap and shower gel…something to hold the soap and may be a bottle gel holder in the shower..don’t give the small bottles and nowhere to put them on in the shower"
