"It was clean and comfortable. Some people would think it was a bit like a dormitory but it had a good breakfast selection, the rooms were basic but clean. It was good value for money and a good location for the beaches."

"Pas de chauffage qui allait dans la chambre après la piscine j'étais gelé et a éviter pour les couples pendant la période vacances on a eu des groupes de jeunes assez bruyant après on avait pas fait attention que c'était un village de vacances"

"Nous avons apprécié la grandeur de la chambre pour 2. Les matelas sont confortables. L'hôtel est situé proche de la plage. Le petit déjeuner est très satisfaisant. Très bon rapport qualité prix dans l'ensemble."

"Wonderful apartment for a peaceful stay in Nice! Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood perfect for those looking to relax. The city beach is just a 5–7 minute walk away, with supermarkets nearby and an easy tram connection to the city center. Getting from the airport is also super convenient the tram takes you almost directly to the apartment. The view of the sea from the balcony is absolutely stunning, especially at sunset. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay: a full kitchen with a coffee machine, clean towels and bed linen, air conditioning everything was thought out. The host was very friendly and responsive, always available and quick to help with any questions. If you’re looking for a calm and cozy place to stay in Nice, this is a great choice. Highly recommended!"
