Student Factory Nice

"Ubytování Student Factory Nice naprosto předčilo moje očekávání. Budova se nachází ve skvělé a živé čtvrti plné kaváren a obchodů, přitom je to jen pár minut tramvají do centra a zhruba 10 minut k moři. Na hlavní nádraží (odkud se jezdí vlakem po celém Azurovém pobřeží) je to pouze 1 zastávku tramvají. Pokoj byl moderně zařízený, velmi čistý a útulný, s krásným výhledem na město z balkonu, funkční klimatizací a kuchyňkou, která měla vše, co člověk na pobyt využije. Oceňuji i bezpečnost. Budova je dobře zabezpečená, takže jsem se cítila opravdu komfortně. Při check-in jsme neměli žádné problémy, protože stačilo pouze postupovat podle pokynů od ubytování. Na to že je to rušná oblast, nebyl slyšet v noci žádný hluk z ulice. Celkově skvělé místo pro pobyt v Nice, rozhodně doporučuji a znovu se sem budeme vracet!"

"Very quiet, clean and very spacious, big balcony, cooling and heating systems in place, all basic needs are met. The elevator to the top is so good after a day of walking! The food store just same building is so good while traveling! We needed some bigger eating table, some more kitchen appliances are necessary for travelers. We enjoyed friendly help from lovely students around, mercy!"

"Liberation is a lovely part of Nice, 1 tram stop to the train station. Nice bars and restaurants in the area."

"The location is excellent close to shops, restaurants, marketplace, Trambahn, buses and close to the famous Jean Médecin road"

"I love the place since it is safe, cozy with nice view and very clean. The room has a kitchen especially there is supermarket downstairs which I could buy food and cook. This is very convenient."

"The check-in time is at 4pm which is too long. The property did not even allow early check-in or leave the baggage."

"The beds were comfy and the window shutter helped my sleep massively! Kept the noise and light out. Room was cosy but enough space for 2 with luggage. Once we had door keys it was easy to get in and out and we felt very safe there. Supermarket underneath was good. We walked everywhere, it was only a 20 minute walk to the seafront."

"I read there was going to be some shower gel but there wasn’t. So some basic amenities like shower gel and something like instant coffee, tea and little milk sachets would be good. Smell of dirty drains and sewer when we came back in the afternoon / evening but this went away within a few minutes of having the balcony door open. The door code either didn’t work or wasn’t easy to understand. However another occupant let us in so we could speak to reception. If they hadn’t of been there from other reviews I wonder how long we would have been waiting."

"A great place to spend your vacation in Nice! There's a supermarket, pharmacy, market, and coffee shops nearby. The main train station is just one tram stop away, or you can walk there. And the view from the balcony is beautiful."

"The room was missing a kettle and coffee maker, but there's a coffee shop nearby, so you can go there. A good, sharp knife would have been nice."
