"Velmi dobře vybavený apartmán. V blízkosti stanice metra, kousek od domu pekárna. Velmi jsme uvítaly možnost bezplatného parkování!!! Velmi vstřícný majitel...mohu jen doporučit!"

"Apartmánek ve 4. patře byl útulný a čistý, s výhledem na řeku a v bezpečné části. Hned vedle kavárničky a restaurace, kam jsme chodili na snídaně a výborné jídlo. Ale je možnost se občerstvit i v apartmánu, kde je skvěle vybavena kuchyňka! Na kraji parku La Villet. Kousek od metra či zastávky autobusu. Komunikace s majitelem byla skvělá, děkujeme moc! Nechal nám uskladněná zavazadla až do odpoledne, když jsme potřebovali. Opravdu neuděláte chybu! Krásné místo!"

"The apartment I booked was located on a 4th floor, with no elevator access and a really cramped spiral staircase. Bear that in mind if you're carrying lots of luggage. The parking garage is also like a 10 minute walk away and you need to notify the property owner beforehand in case you wanna use it, since he will have to give you a remote to open the door."

"Four flights of steep and narrow stairs which would be difficult for anyone with large cases. Towels need updating and only 2 forks and 1 knife."

"The studio is very well laid out, spotless, bright, and not overlooked. Comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen, and a shower with good water pressure. Perfect for one person or a couple. Not recommended for people with reduced mobility."

"Had an amazing stay here....Great communication with the owner.....2 minutes walk from train station...right on the canal.....room had everything with separate kitchen and bathroom...even mineral water left in the fridge for us......spotlessly clean,modern and the view from the window is superb....highly highly recommend stay here.....will definitely be back"

"We arrived early hours of the morning and there was no shops open. To our delight there was 2 bottles of cold water waiting in the fridge!! This was just what we really needed. Thank you ☺️ the room was spotless and we also had an aircon fan which I didnt know about, such a great discovery. Owner was great at giving details for key box and main door. Would stay again and recommend to anyone!!! Was also a great location, plenty of people about, metro ride from Paris . Plenty of cafes, places to eat, supermarkets and bars nearby. Was also very quiet during the night for sleeping. We really did have the best stay😉"

"Michel the host was incredibly helpful and communication was easy and rapid. The studio was immaculate, like new. The kitchen had everything one would need and even condiments, oil, washing up liquid and a brand new sponge. Literally everything anyone could need in the whole studio had been thought of and provided. My wife and I were extremely impressed. The views from the 4th floor over the canal were beautiful and shops and eateries were just a few steps away. Perfectly located for concerts at Zenith La Villette - just a flat 8 min walk along the canalside. The secure underground car parking was very much appreciated. We have already recommended it to a number of our friends and neighbours."
