"Das Studio ist liebevoll eingerichtet und direkt beim Strand. (Fast) Alles was es braucht ist vorhanden. Die Vermieterin ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Herzlichen Dank 🤗"

"Bettwäsche und Handtücher sollten für den verlangten Preis inbegriffen sein. So war eine Nacht dann doch sehr teuer. Etwas schade."

"la propriétaire est venue sur place, et propose le même type d'accueil (temps d' échange) que le ferait une chambre d'hôtes, explique le fonctionnement le lit convertible est confortable les biscuits et autres gourmandises"

"Spacious, open plan extension with comfy sofa and a lot of light from skylights and back door. Big garden, comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen and it all in the middle of Caen. Perfect place for relaxing weekend or long stay."

"Our Host, Atifa was wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble. And what a cook! Dinner was available if we wished—which we did! Fantastic value and many different dishes. Breakfast was included and again there was so much to choose from—eggs made to order, crepes and pastries. Our room was spacious with a dressing room & ensuite bathroom. A comfortable sitting room also. Can’t recommend this lovely 400 year old farm house stay highly enough."

"The apartment is located in a building close to the railway station and main means of public transportation are within a few minutes walk. Also very close to downtown/ touristic part of the city. I had to go daily to GANIL and thus found the proximity to tram very useful. The apartment was very clean, reasonably well furnished and quiet. All in all, I think the value for money was high."

"Beautiful quiet location We felt well rested during our few nights of stay The room was cozy and clean, the shower with a great heating system Welcoming lovely hosts that made our stay enjoyable. Note that this isn’t a typical hotel, and that check in arrival times and check out times are well appreciated by the owners to be communicated early ! Looking forward to visiting again."
