"The key advantage of this property is its excellent location. I used the metro only once - you can easily reach most of the main sights on foot. There are plenty of cafés and grocery stores in the neighborhood. I especially recommend a nice café on the right side of the building called Les Délices de Pasteur (great sandwiches!) and a place called Berliner on the other side of the street - their chicken kebab was awesome. Also, the metro station is literally across the street, which is super convenient. The apartment was very clean and fresh: the bed was perfectly made, the sheets smelled nice, and the bathroom was spotless. I really appreciated that. It was easy to find the property, check in, and check out. If you want to experience a few days living like a local, I can definitely recommend staying here."

"I got a bit confused with the rooms at first and accidentally tried to enter the one on the second floor — sorry to the neighbors I disturbed! It wasn’t very clear where exactly I was supposed to go."

"Clean, comfortable and nicely decorated mini studio. Perfect for a few days in Paris. The bed was very comfortable and the room calm as gave onto the back of the building, so we slept very well."

"The only problem was in fact coming from another apartment, presumably the neighbors directly below in a private apartment: a very strong smell of cannabis was coming into the studio in the evening - really unpleasant. The building seemed to be mostly residential so this would be impossible to control, but the smell seemed to be coming through the floor in the kitchen and bathroom area."

"It was clean and very close to the metro, It had a kettle,toaster,stove and microwave which was good."

"To get into the bathroom you have to duck down a lot . I’m 6ft and the door was only up to my chest."

"Very close to Metro system. Easy access to the appartment with codes. The room is tiny but has all the features you need for a short stay and it was very clean. Clear communication with the host. Pictures reflect the property perfectly."

"You need to carry lagguage to the second floor but it was in the description and was not a problem for us. The door of the shower needs to be fixed, it rolls back very easily on its own. Not for size XL people."

"Entry instructions sent were excellent which was very much appreciated after our journey to arrive was delayed and we arrived after midnight. Comfy bed and nice, modern, clean & stylish place to rest our heads. Good basic cooking facilities within the apartment although we never used them - a bottle/wine opener would be a good addition! Right by the underground and a nice local area with plenty of amenities available."

"Shower was quite small/tight and slightly awkward to use. The water pressure was ok but not high. Heating was difficult to operate so we ended up sleeping with the window open."

"The property was compact, stylish, clean and adequate for our needs during a short stay. The information provided before our stay was comprehensive. We had everything we needed to easily access it."

"When other people used the communal stairs, we could hear them but this was a minor issue. The room was compact which was fine for us because we didn't have much luggage but there would not be enough space for large suitcases. We had a problem connecting to the internet and contacted the host but it was not resolved during our stay despite contacting them a couple of times."

"the location was very safe and close to everything necessary like the metro and shops! Pasteur had great restaurants and Cafes and everyone was really friendly. the room had everything we needed and was lovely! can't recommend this place enough!"
