"This was a lovely, large house. It had comfortable beds and was spotlessly clean. The location was superb, just a five minute walk from the Little Venice area"

"The shower in the downstairs bathroom wasn’t great if you didn’t want to use the rain shower head and we couldn’t draw enough hot water for a bath in the upstairs bathroom. Also we didn’t arrive til midnight and had to get the key out of a padlock key system from the owners house and then walk another 10 minutes to the house. We couldn’t understand why the owner couldn’t leave the key padlock at the accommodation."

"The house is spacious with 4 large bedrooms, big kitchen and large garden but the host need to pay attention to cleaning. We found spiders inside the kitchen, the blinds were dirty and dust in some rooms. As a suggestion, to keep a high rate small welcome treats would make a difference. For example 2 bottles of still waters or fee coffee cups."

"The property was in a good and quiet location but just a walking distance to the attractions and city centre. The house itself was really well-kept and had everything that we needed for our 5 night stay (from cooking and cleaning materials etc). The house was really warm and the heating/insulation was effective!"

"I would imagine that a swimming pool would be nice for the summer. In general, the property was perfect for me and our group."

"The house is near Colmar center ,can easy arrive by walking. With the small garden ,it is very suitable for family and dog. Every room has air condition, it was nice to travel in summer."

"Für 8-10 Personen ist 1 Dusche recht wenig. Die Spülmaschinenleistung war vermutlich nicht ausreichend bei der Reinigung das Vormieters, wir mussten etwas nachreinigen."

"Das Haus ist sehr groß und bietet vier Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 10 Schlafmöglichkeiten. Es gibt eine große Küche und einen großen Essbereich. Die Lage ist auch ideal, um die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden."

"Der Schlüssel muss erstmal mit dem Auto von woanders in Colmar abgeholt werden. Im Winter ist das Haus nicht gut warm zu bekommen. Es war leider ziemlich kalt. Die Einrichtung wirkte teilweise zusammengestückelt und abgewohnt. Das Bad im EG hat kein Fenster. Parkplätze direkt beim Haus gibt es nicht. Man kann eine Garage dazubuchen. Die ist aber so schmal, dass die Einfahrt selbst mit einem normalen Auto zum spannenden Erlebnis wird."

"Esta localizada perfecta, a 5 min del centro de Colmar. La casa es bastante amplia, con jardín que si tienes suerte con el tiempo puedes aprovechar. El contacto con el anfitrión es por booking.com y la entrega de llaves y recogida bastante cerca y rapida. Tiene 2 baños totalmente nuevos y muy monos. Nos hemos encontrado muy cómodos. GRACIAS"

"Aunque la casa pone que tiene menos de 1 año, hay ciertas humedades en la planta baja de la casa donde está la cocina que habría que arreglar. El césped estaba sin cortar y sería mejor tenerlo arreglado cuando llegan huéspedes. En el salon de abajo creo que estaría genial poner algún sofá ya que siempre es mas práctico que tenerlo en la planta superior. Son solo pequeños detalles que mejorar para que la estancia sea al 100%. Pero para repetir sin duda!"
