"Just what I needed after I had ridden all the way from the UK on my motorbike. It was pouring down with rain when I arrived and the staff were very friendly and helped me to securely park my motorcycle in a nice big garage just opposite the hotel. They even offered to dry my motorcycle gear. I even locked myself out of my room and they were very quick and friendly to help me. I was so tired and disoriented from riding 650 miles in one day. Thank you so much, I ate at the joining restaurant, had great beer and slept like a baby!"

"The spa. The massage and the staff were great! The food at the restaurant was also very good. The place in itself is located in beautiful surroundings. However, most of the staff is not very welcoming, particularly in the bar/restaurant area. It really does have an impact on your stay and I see similar comments from other guests. It would be great if they could work on that."

"Snídaně byla vynikající. Už to jídlo bylo obrázkem Francie a Alsaska. Umístění hotelu je v klidné lokalitě vedle parku a vodního jezera, Od hotelu je pěšky pouze několik minut na tramvaj do centra Mulhouse , Doporučuji si koupit celodenní jízdenku na 24 hodin na všechny druhy městské dopravy po Mulhouse."
