"Hôte réactive et disponible. Emplacement en bord de plage +++. Pour le port, il faut compter environ 20min à pied le long du littoral. Place de parking en sous-sol. Résidence propre et sécurisée. Beaucoup de choses à faire/visiter à proximité en voiture. Restaurants le long du bord de plage. Emplacement idéal pour un pied à terre pour visiter les environs."
"-Bruits du stade de foot qui fait face à la chambre, on est peut-être tombé lors de la mauvaise période car entraînements tous les soirs parfois jusqu'à après 22h (hormis le dimanche). -Attention pas de climatisation: peut-être le stipuler clairement dans la description du logement car on l'aperçoit sur la photo principale de l'annonce et dans le descriptif des équipements on ne voit ni la clim ni ventilateur de décoché ou noté absent, ça porte à confusion. Début septembre, cela nous a pas posé soucis mais en plein été je pense que le choix du logement aurait été différent. - Escaliers qui ne peut pas convenir à tout le monde (marches hautes, 2ème étage) mais déjà signalé dans les commentaires précédents."

"C’est un Appartement fonctionnel, agréable et confortable…. très très bien placé puisque juste en face de la mer.. la place de parking en sous-sol est appréciable. j’ai apprécié la propreté de cet appartement. il est cosy on s y sent bien. heureusement qu’il y a la clim qui fonctionne bien."
"L’appartement est au deuxième étage, et les marches sont vraiment raide à monter Je le déconseille aux personnes âgées et ceux qui ont mal au genoux Peut-être qu’il pourrait y avoir un peu plus de place de libérée dans les placards pour pouvoir dévaler nos valises … mais franchement c’est un détail"

In the apartment everything works perfectly, the design is pleasant too. Parking is nearby the next house (no private parking lot), but there were no problems about it either. "Perfect location only 2 minutes walk from the beach and the small town centre just 10 minutes in the opposite direction. The house is spacious, bright and very clean with colourful modern furnishings alongside traditional French furniture and every piece of kitchen and dinning equipment you will ever need as well as games and books etc. The terrace and garden both large and well appointed with plenty of sun and shade. Nicole was easy to contact and so helpful and welcoming. We have stayed in La Griere many times and this is by far the best house we have ever stayed in."
"Located in a near woodland setting with a beautifully planted garden and views to woodland trees this house is in an oasis of calm. The house is only a short stroll from the port and all its amenities too. All bedrooms are sufficiently spacious for a very comfortable stay. All the decor is beautifully appointed and uplifting and tasteful artwork. The pool is gorgeous and the kitchen and very comfortable sitting room are complete with every facility."
