"Pros - A small, yet stylish apartment - While being only ~33m2, the high ceilings make it feel spacious enough - Cleanness of the apartment (10/10) - Nice neighborhood with Metro station Tolbiac just 100m away - Fast wifi (~250/150Mb) - The apartment and the kitchen well-equipped - Comfortable folding sofa (this was the very first time our children did not complain about sleeping on a folding sofa) - Excellent small local bakeries (L’Atelier du Pain, Aud Ble d’Or), plus a large Carrefour supermarket (Place d'Italie) nearby - Friendly owner"
