"So ein privater Pool ist schon eine feine Sache. Die Villa war mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet und Annehmlichkeiten des Alltags z.B.: Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Backofen. Sehr funktional, 3 Bäder, da muss man auch zu sechst nicht Schlange stehen. Als Gruppe unbedingt zwei Schlüssel verlangen. Man merkt auch, dass immer wieder was gemacht bzw. ersetzt wird. Es gibt Fliegengitter in den Schlafräumen."

Parking right in front of the block. Superb view. As for the location, it's a little far from the city, but I don't think it's a problem to take a walk in the evening for dinner."

Our host Debbie and Shaun were incredibly attentive, with an excellent welcoming package in the fridge and lots of wood and pellets to make a cozy fire for the cooler Autumn evenings a la French countryside living. The location was ideal—just a short stroll to the historic Château de Verteuil and local facilities in the village for eating. Whether your intention is relaxation or exploration, this accommodation stands out as an excellent choice. We confidently recommend it to all visitors of this picturesque village and the scenic Charente countryside. The extra bonus is that this accomodation is dog friendly!"

"uniquely situated, beautiful location, stunning sunsets, direct access to the sea and mountains. the peaceful sound of the birds and the sea; the blooming wild flowers - all wonderfully soothing. the charm and authenticity of the old house has been well preserved. at the same time good modern facilities, especially in the kitchen. we did not need this ourselves, but nice to see that the entire house is wheelchair accessible. we had a wonderful week!"
