"The only thing I could suggest is there are many Turkish people visiting this hotel . In the room on tv channels there isn’t any Turkish channels . I would be nice even just one news channel in Turkish . As we are good neighbours I’m sure our friends would take care of this :)"

"My room had partial view and was situated right over the water fountain. So I neither got to see the sunrise/sunset not hear the ocean views, which was one of the reasons I paid for the room. The room AC did not work during my entire stay."

"We did not get the rooms we requested we were travelling as a family and one was in the main building and one room was in the village. Key card broke off in the lock. The pool was very cold. We were not advised about the facilities and discovered a gym in the change rooms at checkout."

"The old village concept was designed very well. The room we stayed was very cute. We loved it! The beach is amazing the sea was very clean and the sea temprature was perfect!"
"We had problems with having clean beach towels every time. Each day we had to wait for 20 minutes under the midday sun to get clean towels as we were promised. When we asked why do we have to wait so long, the answer was always “waiting for the laundry to be done” it could have been better organised."
