"Nice hotel right in centre of town, very nice staff, excellent housekeeping, good breakfast, nice restaurant, reasonably priced. Nice new bathrooms, public areas very good. Secure car park nearby."

"The room were beginning to show age and look a little date but only a little. There was one morning when the hotel was full and we had to share a table with a Greek family as there were no tables free….they didn’t seem very happy about it and we didn’t much enjoy their company either, only afterwards did we realise the staff had opened an additional area….would have been good to know! But a minor issue. The hotel restaurant is closed in Sundays and not much is open in Karditsa at all, so you would well advised to plan this in advance if you are staying on a Sunday.The town centre is a nightmare to drive around and park…..we had been told there was parking but to cool in at hotel first to get details….except no where to stop. It would have been helpful to know precise details of parking beforehand. But these are minor details. It was a nice hotel, very nice."

"Clearly audible traffic noise from the street even though my room was on a high floor. Restaurant closed on Sunday. Although the hotel is currently renovating guest rooms, this is still a work in progress. My room was basic with dated decor, so best to check that you have been allocated a refurbished room if you would like higher quality accommodation."

"Due to the floods, instead of one day, we stayed in the hotel for three days unplanned. There was a power outage in the city, but our hotel had electricity, water, internet and full service all the time. Exceptionally! The hotel room is large, clean, tidy, with a large balcony overlooking the city. The bed and pillows were excellent. The breakfast is excellent, with a decent selection of food and drinks. The best of all was the entire staff, in moments of great uncertainty due to a possible flood, they were always kind and at your service. The hotel has two parking lots available and space on the street, right next to the hotel."

"-the staff wasn't welcome they didn't even looked at me when they talked to me, they were chatting with other staff. They said good morning to a foreign couple at the same time I was in the lobby but not to me. When I left I said good bye and no answer back from both woman and man in the Reception, again they were chit chatting. The check in was less than 30 sec. The woman in the front desk said extremely quickly some info while was looking in the computer screen. Even in the check out when I left my luggage behind the desk she wasn't willing to stand up and take the luggage,  she just told me to leave it by myself (like a self service). -The toilet wasn't deep cleaned! I found a spider in the bathtub, and stain from a mat inside the bathtub. The shower was full of limescale! No slippers in the room, as was advertised. Even the linen wasn't tight in the bed. Looks like housekeeping spend maybe 10 min in this room maximum. Cleanliness and feeling welcome is one of the important things."
