Wifi was very poor in our room, but it worked well in the hotel restaurant

"Der Frühstück war aus lokalen Produkten, ganz fein und serviert direkt im schönen Garten. C’est le plus beau et agréable endroit pour passer un moment de joie. L’accueil est adorable et sincère. L’histoire de la maison comble le reste. C’est tout simplement un musée vivant , qu’on ne peut pas oublié. Aucun compliment peut exprimer notre joie ici. "Good location by the sea which is not far from the main street of Palau where you can find restaurants and groceries (less than 10 minutes walking). Huge room and comfy beds. The staff is really friendly and he dropped us off at the airport. No complaints"

The only bad experience was that there was no WiFi connection. I was unable to communicate with friends and family back home which made them worried and scared.

"Well kept clean house. The owner tried really hard to reach Western standard of living (limited by being in the Solomons of course). Solar hot water, large fridge/freezer of 300L plus. 24 hour electricity. No aircon but the house is extremely well ventilated. Open plan big kitchen, 4 burner gas hob, huge lounge with modern couches. 2 rooms + 1 bathroom on each side of the lounge, so totally 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Rooms are spacious, clean. Hot water shower! I wish I could share photos but booking.com doesn't have upload button."

1. The cost is per person, not per room, but somehow not clearly displayed on booking.com. 2. This is an isolated house on the water edge, private and peaceful, but 40min walking through muddy path to get to seghe town/Airport although a boat transfer is only 5min. You need to bring all your food in and cook during your stay. 3. You need to enquire about the boat transfer cost, to be clear what trips are included, and what are not, otherwise you will have surprise bill in the end. 4. The water pump stopped during my 2 showers, someone needed to run downstairs to restart the pump so I could finish my showers. 5. There is no mirror in the entire house, and no towel rails in either bathroom. Maybe the owner can install them?

Pokud jste dva a více dní, tak je jednotvárná snídaně, bez většího nápadu.

No filters for the coffee maker. The streets are in bad shape once you drop off the Main Street to get to the house.
