"Yes, it was a surprise to find that we had breakfast and some supplies so we didn't have to shop on the first day we arrived. also our flight from South Africa didn't arrive until quite late and our taxi was not waiting at the airport so it was very late at night before we got to Villa Mia. In spite of this our hosts were waiting to greet us on arrival, which was much appreciated."

Maybe the host could have dropped in at some time during our stay to see how we were going.

Le seul petit hic, c’est le manque de pression d’eau pour la douche, du coup on y reste plus longtemps dessous…

"Very nice place for family or group of friends. Very clean and enough room for everyone (no dead bugs inside the house :D) Very peaceful place, only birds singing. Nearby river was the most entertaining part for teenagers. Bottom of the river was bit rocky, but we used shoes for swimming. Would definitely recommend this place for everyone. See you next year!"

"Boendet ligger i Regent som ligger lite högre upp i bergen jämfört med Freetown. Det gör att det är lite svalare och inte så tryckande värme som nere i stan. Det är visserligen en bit att köra om man ska in i centrum, men samtidigt är det inte så mycket bilköer som inne i stan. Värdarna tog hand om oss på ett bra sätt och huset vi hyrde hade rätt bra standard. Hög standard för att vara i Sierra Leone."

Jag har inte något som jag inte tyckte om. Möjligen att du måste ha tillgång till egen transport om du enkelt ska ta dig till och från boendet.

The location, the cottage, bedrooms, washroom, kitchen, dinning area, private BBQ, deck, and private chairs by the water front! 1 min walk to Tim Hortons and Gas Station, 2 mins walk to the beach, 5 mins walk to Foodland. Samantha was very friendly. Stephen didn't say hi to us but that's okay. We will stay at this property again!"

some black mold flying out of the AC unit but I still give this place a 10.

"Výborná lokalita, 10 minut pohodové chůze od veřejné pláže. Polovina domku se zahradou, parkováním a dostatkem soukromí, zastřešená terasa se zahradním nábytkem byla také skvělá. Velmi vstřícný přístup majitelky. Oceňuji také čistotu všech prostor."

Jedinou vadou na kráse byla absence wi-fi, kterou těžce nesly zejména děti. :-)

Two story house has the kitchen, bathroom and living room on the first floor, and the two bedrooms upstairs. Nice layout and fully equipped with everything you need. "Incredible location near the beach and close to the shop. Beautiful large garden and extremely well equipped kitchen. And we loved the cat and the dogs and chickens in the garden. Lots of towels were a real luxury. Lovely comfy beds 😀 and very handy having the top loading washing machine. It felt like a home rather than just a holiday place and was much bigger than we expected from the photos and description on Booking.com"

A sign to the villa would have been really helpful and check in instructions before arriving. The safe didn't work and It needs a lock on the bathroom door please 🙂 Wifi and air con would be amazing, we appreciate its expensive and wifi is elusive on the island. Maybe more fans would help in the absence of air con . The TV didn't work unfortunately even on one channel. A paddle board would have been incredible!
