"Clean, spacious and quiet. There's WIFI which was necessary as the cell phone signal (T-Mobile) was bad there."

Didn't have cell phone signal. It's a little bit of a drive to get to any store.

"The experience here is once in a lifetime. It is so incredible to sit back and watch the elephants and other animals as though you’re not even there. The accomodation makes you feel like a real life Tarzan and Jane. The staff are very helpful and so kind. We had in house meals and there were amazing! The staff come and drop them off or prepare them right there in the house for you. It’s very private with no other house within earshot or sight and because it’s so peaceful you can hear the staff arriving in their cars a few minutes before they actually do. (The staff preset times with you to come by the house, ie: lunch at 12, and the only time we had an unannounced visitor was when the power went out). The sitting areas and beds are very comfortable with nice linen. The wifi is amazing."

The accomodation is very exposed to the elements with no air conditioning/heating and lots of bugs, spiders and small animals like squirrels and adorable mice type creatures present in your house. We loved this aspect but for some it could be a bit much.

Le seul petit hic, c’est le manque de pression d’eau pour la douche, du coup on y reste plus longtemps dessous…

"Incredible location near the beach and close to the shop. Beautiful large garden and extremely well equipped kitchen. And we loved the cat and the dogs and chickens in the garden. Lots of towels were a real luxury. Lovely comfy beds 😀 and very handy having the top loading washing machine. It felt like a home rather than just a holiday place and was much bigger than we expected from the photos and description on Booking.com"

A sign to the villa would have been really helpful and check in instructions before arriving. The safe didn't work and It needs a lock on the bathroom door please 🙂 Wifi and air con would be amazing, we appreciate its expensive and wifi is elusive on the island. Maybe more fans would help in the absence of air con . The TV didn't work unfortunately even on one channel. A paddle board would have been incredible!

"Lovely rustic hut. It’s perfect if you prefer something out of the way. Very peaceful and beautiful views. Due to the snow there was no car access, that was ok with us, but something to consider, short walk to the hut was pretty steep. Very wintery conditions and lots of snow was particularly charming."

Given the setting we anticipated nature insects etc which by the way there were many! The baths were not in a good condition.

"Yes, it was a surprise to find that we had breakfast and some supplies so we didn't have to shop on the first day we arrived. also our flight from South Africa didn't arrive until quite late and our taxi was not waiting at the airport so it was very late at night before we got to Villa Mia. In spite of this our hosts were waiting to greet us on arrival, which was much appreciated."

Maybe the host could have dropped in at some time during our stay to see how we were going.

"Marites and Belal are excellent hosts. They made me feel welcome and appreciated. The house is situated just off Broadway with easy access to the town center, sites, and shopping. On my next trip Tinian, I will definitely check with Tinian Island Haven for availability."

Everything was super! Access a bit difficult

"The villa is spacious and well ventilated. The swimming pool is clean and almost entirely ours. The staff Grace and Amani are very good and welcoming. The owner Monica is also good and always checking whether we were comfortable."

A microwave is very necessary. I didn't see an iron box either but I didn't ask whether there was one. The deserted bushy stretch of the road from the main road is scaring especially at night.

"Místo nádherné, hodně odlehlé, v údolí mezi horami, kolem jen pár chat. Majitel milý a vstřícný. Měli jsme trochu problémy po cestě, tak pro nás i přijel. Vybavení zcela dostačující."

Schody do patra jsou trochu strmější, ale s tím jsme počítali.

The ladder to the rooms and toilet downstairs is dangerous. Be very careful please.

Kitchen could have been a little more clean and better equipped, but it was a very pleasant stay!

"Velice vstřícný pronajímatel, dobrá cena, perfektní domluva, rychlé reakce, příjemné jednání. Ubytování bylo celkově velice pohodové. Majitel má úžasného, přátelského, ale nevtíravého psa, jmenuje se Chardi.😉 Pokud budeme do této lokace opět cestovat, rádi zde budeme znovu bydlet, jen by jsme tentokrát zvolili domky v kopci s krásnou vyhlídkou. Pro starší a hůře pohyblivé, ale doporučujeme domky ve spodní části."

Stálo by za zvážení vyměnit matrace v ložnicích ve spodním domku. Jinak nám ubytování vyhovovalo. Pokud by jsme místo hodnotili z pohledu “horních domků”, dostalo by plný počet bodů, ale vzhledem k tomu, že jsme bydleli “dole”, je hodnocení nižší. Pro úplnou objektivitu musím napsat, že s námi byl starší člověk, proto jsme zvolili jeden ze spodních domků.

I didn't like the front door as the wind blew through very easily.

"فله عبارة عن دورين. الدور الأرضي جلسة مع مشب جميل و طاولة طعام و مطبخ كامل و حمام لا يوجد شطاف الدور الثاني ثلاث غرف غرفتين سرير مزدوج و غرفه سريرين مفرد و سرير مزدوج تتسع لأكثر من ثمان أشخاص تصلح للعائلة و الشباب انصح بها جميلة و نظيفة ومريحة خاصة ان الجلسة في الدور الأرضي و غرف النوم في الدور العلوي و يوجد بالقرب منها سوبرماركت و ألعاب أطفال و إنترنت سريع انصح الخليجيين بهذه الفلة و كذلك اشكر صاحب الشقة على تعاونه و خدمته المتميزة"

"Everything was perfect! In real life, the house is even better than in the photos. It has four floors and a very interesting layout. Very cozy, with a lot of attention to details that make the stay comfortable. The location is excellent, and the view from the roof is wonderful. Communication with the host was instant whenever I had any questions, and he was always ready to help. I will definitely come back here again. I’m delighted!"
