"We have enjoyed the bedroom, bathroom, bar, pool, outdoor facilities. During our stay, we appreciated the quality of services and reception by the staff."

The weakest part of the hotel is the restaurant catering for breakfasts and all meals: the place that looks like a canteen, is not welcoming. The prices for food are for too expensive. The food is good quality. Spiritless Hotel as it feels very empty.

The service was excellent, and the staff were very warm and welcoming, especially Allan who made us feel truly cared for. Special thanks to Silvia for her wonderful management and for creating such a peaceful quiet and relaxing experience. this could be improved: -the beach has a lot of potential, buiding a nice peer with stairs for a sea swim would make it much better -there isnt enough shade in the garden and the sun is punishing -the trees on the beach have fruits that hurt when falling, as part of garden maintenance they should be shuffled to drop the fruits upfront -the restaurant options both for breakfast, meals and snacks, leaves out a lot of the good things of Sao Tome. Look at your competitor Riu, for instance, they always have a section with local treats

the only thing that bothered me was the poor soundproofing, I could hear our neighbors.

The only challenge I encounter which requires some improvement is the internet connectivity especially the WFI coverage and connectivity which at times it is very weak while in the room. Otherwise everything else provided by the hotel is exceptionally outstanding.

Construction/renovations going on (some days loud). There was a huge cockroach in my room. These were both minor inconveniences for me, the rest of the stay was phenomenal.

"The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms are clean and spacey. The bed is very comfortable and the internet is fast. The staff is very friendly and also gives tips for sightseeing tours. Breakfast is also available around noon. The quality-price relation is very good for this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect - right near Plaza de Armas, making it easy to walk to all the main restaurants, shops, and tour starting points. The high-end restaurant on-site offers excellent food and service, which was very convenient. Having a spa available at the hotel was a wonderful amenity - perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. They provided excellent recommendations and assistance with arranging tours."

Honestly, there's nothing to complain about. The hotel delivered on all fronts and provided an exceptional experience throughout our stay.

Food not so inspiring

1) Koupelna. Odtok vody řešen špatně. V celé koupelně voda. To není vymyšlené dobře. Měli jsme dva pokoje a oba ten samý problém. Není to příjemné. 2) na posteli jsou pouze prostěradla. To něm rád. Já chci peřinu.

Very small rooms, food options r limited and very expensive, exchange rate at reception is very poor, toiletries in room is very limited, not easy to find a taxi, no mini markets/shops around.

"The room was spacious, clean and had a huge comfortable bed. The room also had amazing views of the sea, and islet de Gosier as well a cool terrace. Coffee facilities and air conditioning in the room. I loved the open air lounge/dining area too - very unique - the art exhibition added glamour! Then the private beach and pool was also a treat."

The beach area tables and lounges needs to be cleaned more regularly.

Only issue was the shower, hot and cold temp faulty, water pressure poor.

"I really enjoyed my stay here - the hotel is like an oasis of calm in Bissau. Staff were all wonderful, friendly and helpful - special thanks to Mariama who very kindly went above and beyond her duties to accompany me to the market so I wasn't alone. Good buffet breakfast, clean swimming pool, lovely gardens, spacious rooms. I felt very safe here as a solo female too."

"Hotel se nachází na kopci a není úplně snadno k nalezení ve spletitých ulicích. Poskytuje ovšem nádherný výhled i pěkný bazén a posezení v restauraci. pokoje jsou čisté, pohodlné, ale jsou menší. Výhodou je parkování přímo u hotelu."

Pozornost obsluhy v restauraci by mohla být větší, a když v jídelním lístku nabízejí frapé překvapí, když číšník netuší, co chcete. Ale je to drobnost v jinak příjemném hotelu.

The area is absolutely manic, the actual car park entrance was difficult to find, bar very limited, staff on bar seemed disinterested until we paid the bill and gave a tip which cheered her up.

"I was able to book a room just before midnight of the same night (in the app it says 24 hours front desk). When I arrived, the doors were closed. I was able to call and they were able to open the doors after I woke them up and accommodated me but it's quite a surprise if it says 24 hours front desk and then it actually isn't..."

"Simply I can fully trust them. We forgot our backpack in the shuttle bus and moved to San Pedro Island. Hotel staffs were so kind to arrange sending it to San Pedro, and we received it including all valuable goods like mobile phone! Thanks to all involved staff and appreciate their integrity."

Great room and fabulous views of the bay. I loved waking up in the morning and watching the boats going up and down the bay.

The quality of toileters should be better. The mini bar was empty and needed to ask for water at around 3:00 AM. Lastly, the price is a bit high.

"The room and around fit to the explanation and pictures. Breakfast was basic and tasty. We came in October when season is over. The owner cook a dinner for us. It was quite expensive (30 euro par person taking a fish, 15 - with no fish), but tasty. Wine was exceptional. It was better then drive in the dark to the restaurant and back (the road is not easy even during the daylight). Adrian made the welcome. Very nice guy with good English. The owner, Vasko (sorry if a spell the name wrongly) is very nice guy. Able to speak Russian. Show us the winery. The wine is exceptional. Very quite place. The views are stunning."

The only one thing was not OK - in one of the rooms (we took 2) water in the shower drains poorly - floor was full of water.

The breakfast a bit poor
