"Jedinečné místo a pláže, kde si můžete vychutnat karibský drink, v areálu hotelu palmový háj s rybníčkem, kde v noci kvákají žáby a ve dne je loví ptáci, vstřícný personál. Hotel z přelomu 60-70.let minulého století, místy připomíná tehdejší atmosféru - některými kusy nábytku a dalším vybavením, zejména kolem recepce a v pokojích... Krásné rozkvetlé zahrady. Vlastní parkoviště pro vypůjčený vůz."

S ohledem na stáří hotelu je vidět jeho opotřebení, potřeboval by už rekonstrukci a modernizaci vybavení. Na pokoji nefungovala televize, což nám ani tak nevadilo, ale s klimatizací, která byla funkční jen 2 dny ze 4 to bylo horší. Zaměstnanci jsou vstřícní, i když mnohdy řeší věci s pověstným karibským "klidem", kdy na vše včetně obsluhy v baru je dost času... Přes tyto vady na kráse hodnotíme pobyt pozitivně.

"It was really cosy and comfortable stay. Staff was very helpful and ready to assist. I really enjoyed staying and it felt relaxing. Bathroom is very spacious and beds are comfortable. General room setup is very good offering lot of storage and working space without compromising the mobility."

Hotel was bit far from city center and there is no close local bus stop. However, for people who don't mind bit of walk it is very good. One window couldn't be closed completely but I didn't notice it right away. I am sure staff would come and check it, but it made general feel in room bit more cold than it should be.

Not trying to be too perfect!! Close to the beach in a quiet area. Super pool with stress free feeling as quite shallow and never busy. Surrounded by beautiful gardens and visited regularly by cheeky monkeys."

A lack of written information describing amenities. Mosquitos can be a problem if you normally suffer after being bitten.

Prices are very high, but the normal for French Guyana. Kourou is not a city for pedestrians. So, there is no good location - everything is far for a walk. By car, it is really close to the space center.

"Skvělá lokalita, vybavení trochu starší a ne úplně čisté, ale byli jsme spokojeni Naprosto úžasně ochotný personál na recepci!! Při příletu nám nedorazily zavazadla a domluva s aerolinkou byla příšerná, mladý pán na recepci nás zachránil - se vším nám skvěle pomohl, ochotně volal na letiště a pomohl nám získat naše zavazadla včas. Ještě jednou moc děkujeme!"

"I want to talk about only one topic regarding my hotel stay. I want to talk about the towels in the bathroom. The towels are very large, very white, and very thick. They wrap the body with so much love. Yes, true love. It's a real home."

"Hezké ubytování v Ezulwini Valley. Jednoduše ale přitom stylově zařízené chatky vybavené vším potřebným. Krásná okolní příroda, výhledy do krajiny, na horu Nyonyane (Execution Rock). Dobrá snídaně a skvělá večeře. Nedaleko je Mantega Village, místo kde je možné se seznámit se způsobem dřívějšího života na vesnici a shlédnout představení s místními tanci a zpěvy. Opravdu hezké místo."

Jen drobnost, umyvadlo je v pokoji. Praktičtější by bylo v koupelně. A příjezdová cesta není v úplně dobrém stavu.

"The room and around fit to the explanation and pictures. Breakfast was basic and tasty. We came in October when season is over. The owner cook a dinner for us. It was quite expensive (30 euro par person taking a fish, 15 - with no fish), but tasty. Wine was exceptional. It was better then drive in the dark to the restaurant and back (the road is not easy even during the daylight). Adrian made the welcome. Very nice guy with good English. The owner, Vasko (sorry if a spell the name wrongly) is very nice guy. Able to speak Russian. Show us the winery. The wine is exceptional. Very quite place. The views are stunning."

The only one thing was not OK - in one of the rooms (we took 2) water in the shower drains poorly - floor was full of water.

"A lovely quiet residential neighbourhood . Lots of birds in the garden . Lovely pool and outdoor seating area. We could walk out of our room to the pool and terrace. Marian looked after us very well ."

Maybe a little far from services but nothing else .

Some of the dinner service staff were not particularly professional - demure, inattentive, lacking humour.. Not what you'd expect for such a high class establishment.

"Very good breakfast, great location, and very friendly staff. The interior is modern, and the amenities of the hotel are very good."

The hotel has a serious issue with plumbing. Didn't get hot water for quite a long time in teh shower and had to wait long, while the hot water was yelowish.

"Simply I can fully trust them. We forgot our backpack in the shuttle bus and moved to San Pedro Island. Hotel staffs were so kind to arrange sending it to San Pedro, and we received it including all valuable goods like mobile phone! Thanks to all involved staff and appreciate their integrity."

"Excellent location. ALL the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Near to the American Memorial Park and if you want to book a tour of Saipan, I can recommend Walt at Discover Saipan. He gave me a superb tour of Saipan and Tinian and can collect from the hotel. Delicious dinner in the Terrace restaurant. Several pools and one of them is large enough to swim lengths and is open till late. I wish I could have stayed a bit longer!"

"The hotel is in a very central location, meaning that you can easily navigate by foot or by taxi to many of the malls that you are close by. The breakfast is amazing and sufficiently varied to satisfy most palates."

"The team were very friendly and a great support with questions we had. We were met at the airport terminal and driven to the hotel using the free shuttle service. The room was really spacious and clean and breakfast was a great selection. We had asked for help with something very specific which wasn't part of the hotel and the team said to leave it with them and they'd call the room when they had the answer and, they did that!"

"location. Usually the cafe in the hotel is lovely but that was closed. The pool is very relaxed (small but so personable and quite). The location and use of all the Weston beach is the best. Without the pretentiousness."

That the restaurant isn't closed and no one helped me with my huge case to my room ( iwas on my own and kinda just pointed in the right direction even though I had three bags.

The weakest part of the hotel is the restaurant catering for breakfasts and all meals: the place that looks like a canteen, is not welcoming. The prices for food are for too expensive. The food is good quality. Spiritless Hotel as it feels very empty.

Construction/renovations going on (some days loud). There was a huge cockroach in my room. These were both minor inconveniences for me, the rest of the stay was phenomenal.

The Spa could have been a little bigger, but it’s good the way it is.
