"Čistý a pohodlný pokoj, výborná matrace. Výjimečná snídaně! Večeře skvělá, milý a vstřícný personál. Moc se nám líbil přímý přístup do Termálních lázní a župan k dispozici. Taky jsme ocenili dostatek zásuvek."

"The hotel has a lot of character, its cosy and beautifully presented, classic and elegant decoration, impeccable clean, located at city centre, the receptionist was very helpful and elegant, the hotel is near to all amenities shops,restaurants, cassino and easy access to the Thermas. The hotel has a large parking space."

"A wonderful, comfortable stay in a great location. The Cardinal is a lovely boutique hotel in a central location of Spa. The room was neat and tidy and the breakfast was plentiful. Staff were lovely. We would stay here again."
