"It is right in the middle of downtown Kitchener. Perfect location but parking is very difficult. We did purchase parking which you really have no other choice but it was convenient."

"We found it rather cold in our room with the air ( supposed to be heat) blowing right on us. We didn't get a great nights sleep. Not a fan of feather pillows. Next time we will bring our own. Was a pleasant stay otherwise. We were not really there long enough to really experience it fully."
