The need for transportation if you wanted to go anywhere else.

Por ahí tener un colcha de verano o similar. Y que el baño tenga cortina a fin de que no se moje todo al bañarse. Igual todo correcto.

"I was pleasantly surprised at how much consideration the Radisson had for my sister who was observing the month of Ramadan, they had a special menu for meals in the morning at 4am I've very well traveled and we have never had so much consideration before. It gave a special sense of care and meant a great deal. Staff were friendly and kind."

The food selection at the hotel restaurant was a little limited maybe some more added options to explore.

I think the beds need to upgrade, comparing with other hotels where I recent stayed.

Prices are very high, but the normal for French Guyana. Kourou is not a city for pedestrians. So, there is no good location - everything is far for a walk. By car, it is really close to the space center.

"Extraordinaria Staff. Always helpful and very friendly. The location is perfect in DaAn. Price is also relatively good when you compare it to other hotels in the area. If you stay in Taipei consider the DaAn district."

Rooms could use some renovation - it is not the most modern hotel in DaAn, but again it was more than appropriate for the price.

Probably just the traffic and noises makes by vendor as the hotel is opposite the national library. Hence many youngsters hangout there everyday and worst is over the weekend.

"A lovely quiet residential neighbourhood . Lots of birds in the garden . Lovely pool and outdoor seating area. We could walk out of our room to the pool and terrace. Marian looked after us very well ."

Maybe a little far from services but nothing else .

"The team were very friendly and a great support with questions we had. We were met at the airport terminal and driven to the hotel using the free shuttle service. The room was really spacious and clean and breakfast was a great selection. We had asked for help with something very specific which wasn't part of the hotel and the team said to leave it with them and they'd call the room when they had the answer and, they did that!"

Construction/renovations going on (some days loud). There was a huge cockroach in my room. These were both minor inconveniences for me, the rest of the stay was phenomenal.

1) Koupelna. Odtok vody řešen špatně. V celé koupelně voda. To není vymyšlené dobře. Měli jsme dva pokoje a oba ten samý problém. Není to příjemné. 2) na posteli jsou pouze prostěradla. To něm rád. Já chci peřinu.

"Stylove ubytovani v japonskem tatami. Blizko do centra, pritom v klidne casti Kyota. Personal velmi prijemny, moznost vyuzit pracku a susicku na poplatek ve spolecnych prostorach. Byl to autenticky zazitek."

Pokojicek byl hodne malinky, chtelo by to nejakou policku na odkladani veci.

Přistýlka silne nevyhovující - záda bolela z prolozeneho lůžka a při každém pohybu hrozně skripala. Příbory nestačily pro 4 ubytované, ale to by se asi dalo řešit s recepční. Trochu horší je to také s parkováním, není dostatek míst.

"It's on the beach, right as you want it to be at a place like Turks. The atmosphere is, in general, very cozy, and the overall premises work well. It gives out a relaxed mood and the sea in front of the hotel is superb. They actually provide ice free of charge, which eventually proved to be very helpful. The room was quite good and spacious. They are, though, a bit old, but they still provide a good stay, and everything worked as expected."

The service at the restaurant is quite slow. Some technical stuff in the rooms can be improved, such as the shower and the sockets.

"Hezké ubytování v Ezulwini Valley. Jednoduše ale přitom stylově zařízené chatky vybavené vším potřebným. Krásná okolní příroda, výhledy do krajiny, na horu Nyonyane (Execution Rock). Dobrá snídaně a skvělá večeře. Nedaleko je Mantega Village, místo kde je možné se seznámit se způsobem dřívějšího života na vesnici a shlédnout představení s místními tanci a zpěvy. Opravdu hezké místo."

Jen drobnost, umyvadlo je v pokoji. Praktičtější by bylo v koupelně. A příjezdová cesta není v úplně dobrém stavu.

The area is absolutely manic, the actual car park entrance was difficult to find, bar very limited, staff on bar seemed disinterested until we paid the bill and gave a tip which cheered her up.

Při příletu nám nedorazily zavazadla a domluva s aerolinkou byla příšerná, mladý pán na recepci nás zachránil - se vším nám skvěle pomohl, ochotně volal na letiště a pomohl nám získat naše zavazadla včas. Ještě jednou moc děkujeme!"

"The bed was amazing, i slept well and that was the best part especially being jet lagged. The kids loved the breakfast spread so that was a plus. They really enjoyed their stay, im glad to have booked it and wouls definitely come again and recommend to friends."
