"The location and the Taj standards that has been maintained inspite of it being a old property makes you feel nice and comfortable! The hospitality shown by their staff was a class above!!"

Občas něco po úklidu něco chybělo. Osušky, ručníky, toaletní papír, voda a podobně. Po upozornění bylo vše okamžitě napraveno i s omluvou a úsměvem. Snídaně by mohla být pestřejší a s kávovarem. Pláž Mamzar se vstupným a absolutně neuklizená a špinavá. S dozorem plavčíků, ale vypadalo to jako na skládce. To jsme nečekali.

"Simply I can fully trust them. We forgot our backpack in the shuttle bus and moved to San Pedro Island. Hotel staffs were so kind to arrange sending it to San Pedro, and we received it including all valuable goods like mobile phone! Thanks to all involved staff and appreciate their integrity."

Rooms could use some renovation - it is not the most modern hotel in DaAn, but again it was more than appropriate for the price.

Some of the bathrooms should be renovated, one leaked water even to the mainroom, which was dangerous. Even others have humidity damages and small cockroaches. I was twice bitten by insects during the night, probably bedbugs or ants, and had to ask the staff to spray my room again. Some of the sheets are obviously not pure cotton and itchy.

It gives out a relaxed mood and the sea in front of the hotel is superb. They actually provide ice free of charge, which eventually proved to be very helpful. The room was quite good and spacious. The service at the restaurant is quite slow. Some technical stuff in the rooms can be improved, such as the shower and the sockets.

"Hezké ubytování v Ezulwini Valley. Jednoduše ale přitom stylově zařízené chatky vybavené vším potřebným. Krásná okolní příroda, výhledy do krajiny, na horu Nyonyane (Execution Rock). Dobrá snídaně a skvělá večeře. Nedaleko je Mantega Village, místo kde je možné se seznámit se způsobem dřívějšího života na vesnici a shlédnout představení s místními tanci a zpěvy. Opravdu hezké místo."

Jen drobnost, umyvadlo je v pokoji. Praktičtější by bylo v koupelně. A příjezdová cesta není v úplně dobrém stavu.

"The staff and managers were very kind and polite. The rooms and lobby is very clean. The WiFi was full free, but sometimes in some pleases signal was weak. The 24 hours drinking coffee , tea, cakes in lobby if very fantastic. U can use them free during 24 hours."

The lobby doesn't have any view to out ( I mean avenue and street ).

"Všichni, kteří pracují v hotelu, a se kterými jsme se setkali, byli více než milí - Srbové jsou skvělý národ, prostě Slované (jako my). Hotel je starší, ovšem s ohromným kouzlem a atmosférou. Pokoj byl velmi příjemný a prostorný. Zvláště chci pochválit matrace - spaní bylo velice pohodlné. Novi Sad je skvělé místo, myslím, že bych tu klidně mohla i žít. Škoda, že jsme jen projížděli a byli na 1 noc. Jednou se určitě vrátím na delší čas. Děkujeme!"

Jediné co mi trochu vadilo, byla zašlá plíseň ve sprše a chybějící zásuvka v koupelně - nebo jsem jí možná jen nenašla, kdo ví🤣 To jsou ovšem jen maličkosti, celkový dojem to nezkazilo!

- na někoho to může působit zastaralým dojmem - při nezatažených roletách mohou rušit lidé procházející okolo nádraží - tenké stěny...

1) Koupelna. Odtok vody řešen špatně. V celé koupelně voda. To není vymyšlené dobře. Měli jsme dva pokoje a oba ten samý problém. Není to příjemné. 2) na posteli jsou pouze prostěradla. To něm rád. Já chci peřinu.

The area is absolutely manic, the actual car park entrance was difficult to find, bar very limited, staff on bar seemed disinterested until we paid the bill and gave a tip which cheered her up.

"Hotel 15min z hl.nadr. trolejbusem 19 nebo 4, 200m od zastávky. Milé recepční (narozdíl od většiny lidí tu), snídaně poměrně slušna. Vybavení starší a opotřebované, grand hotel to není,ale stačí. Ticho z chodby i z venku,teplé peřiny. Dá se i povečeřet, dobrá pizza."

Chladněji na pokoji, po puštění topení se dalo. Jinak všeho dostatek, toal.papir atd,varnou konvicí mi půjčili na recepci.
