"It was a 15th century Monastery renovated into a stunning hotel in a great location. Our rooms and bathrooms were beautiful, comfy and large. The concierge was so helpful in assisting us with dining suggestions, securing a taxi as well as helping to take our bags to the taxi location. She truly went above and beyond. Breakfast was included and the best I've ever had during my many travels. The dining room was visually stunning. I can't say enough, it was fantastic! I highly recommend Hotel Pironi in the stunning location of Cannobio."

"Fabulous location, premises and staff! Right at the centre of the old town and yet quiet and relaxing with a wonderful large sitting room. Just a short distance from lovely places to eat, and the lake front. Lovely historic building, lots of character and comforts! Amazing breakfast- so much to choose from and enjoy!"

"The location is central in Cannobio and the cobbled streets around are beautiful. The renovation to the property is stunning whilst keeping original features, frescos, fireplace, lovely to walk around. Free parking a couple of streets away which is easy to find. Breakfast is lovely in a beautiful room. Staff were really helpful."

"The location of the hotel is great, so close to the restaurants and shops. Our room was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious and catered well for gluten free guests. It was wonderful to be able to have a swim too. The parking setup was very handy as we had driven there."
