Il Relais sídlí v budově Palazzo Tommasi z 19. století v centru Verony, naproti hradu Castelvecchio. Pokoje jsou elegantně zařízené a mají dřevěné podlahy, bezplatné Wi-Fi a LCD TV. "Snídaně nám připravila milá Naima, čerstvé ovoce, musli, jogurty, míchaná vejce, pršuto, sýr, doplněno o svačinku na cestu po městě. Bylo o nás krásně postaráno. Prostředí hotelu je v klasickém italském stylu, v přízemí je výborná restaurace, kde jsme měli předem zajištěnou rezervaci, parkování vozidla v těsné blízkosti hotelu. Naima nám předala plánek města a označila nejzajímavější památky, doporučila restauraci a zajistila rezervaci. Měli jsem výhled do ulice na hrad Castelvecchio. Fotografie, které jsou na Bookingu jsou pravdivé."

"What I loved was the personal service, this was not a corporate place it was a group of rooms on a second floor of a beautiful building across from the famous fort. You could come and go as you please it was like a home from home and you where treated like a family guest. There was no manned reception as such, but Frederica and Laura kept in touch with you via What's APP and are very helpful with anything you needed. Breakfast was very simple but with very high quality ingredients and served with such grace. The room although very expensive (we where visiting the show so prices are inflated) the quality of furnishings was amazing we had also had a garden balcony which was so beautifully done, the view wasn't great but the Place to sit was magical and so quiet. They where also very helpful if you are taking a later flight they let us keep a pass and store our luggage it meant we could have a nice day and not have any stress on our journey to the airport."

"Great location on the edge of all key attractions. Beautiful large room with exceptional view. Staff were amazing. I have stayed in lots of hotels and this hotel had one of the best breakfasts I have experienced, lots of choice, all very fresh produce and eggs perfectly cooked to order. I will absolutely go back and highly recommend this boutique hotel"

"The breakfast was exceptional and the service was superb. The location is right on the edge of the Old Town with all that has to offer, and opposite the castle. Everything is within an easy walking distance. The Hotel secret weapon is Naima who was very welcoming and could not do enough for us."
