"The buffet style breakfast had plenty of variety including fresh fruit, eggs and vegetables. The bacon was the best in Africa! We loved the outdoor pools and the beach. I used the gym most days and Dixon was excellent. The hotel taxi was excellent. The beach bar was our favourite and the staff were amazing there."

"The staff are simply outstanding and it is almost unfair to identify individuals however Collins, the Restaurant manager was the best I have ever come across and Patrick at the pool, was so incredibly kind and attentive. The gardeners, housekeeping, waitresses, and waiters, in fact everyone, were spectacular. The grounds are simply beautiful, bursting with tropical vegetation and birds. The food was delicious and location. right on the beach was amazing."

"Guests staying at the hotel have started the annoying habit of putting towels on sunbeds to save them early in the morning. This is a real problem. The surfaces are varied in terms of steps and different levels. Lighting at night when walking to the restaurant is not very clear. This is in particular an issue, for people with mobility challenges."

"We had the most AMAZING holiday at Medina Palms. The Beach Villa exceeded expectations - especially the birthday design on the bed to welcome us! The staff were brilliant - a special shout at to Emmanuel who cleaned our room and Dixon the Personal Trainer in the gym. Breakfast was delicious and the variety was impressive. Dinner at the restaurant was fabulous - not cheap - but worth it!"

"High-end hotel with nice ambience, friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms and comfortable beds. We stayed for 4 nights at Median Palms and we really had time to relax and recharge after the safari we did before. We've been pleasantly surprised by at the checkin when they upgraded our room to a spacious villa. Additionally, there is a a water sports center on the beach where our kids took wind-surfing lessons."

"Check in was a little weird as the taxi had to wait till we checked in and then take us to our room. Hotel should really use their own transport to take us. If we had known better we would have booked just one apartment which has 3 beds. We didnt know the structure/layout so we ended up spending double ish the money."
