Organised tours available for guests from tourist agencies, for self organised guests rent-a-car is the only option for sightseeing. Some facilities require better maintenance.

The resort is not in walking distance to San Ignacio. You need a car (and worse a parking spot) to go there. This makes you dependent on the hotel‘s facilities and restaurant. Be aware that the breakfast included only means a small selection of breakfast choices. Whenever you want something extra eg eggs you pay extra! You pay a 10% „service charge“ on everything, even on the organization of tours, which is quite a ripoff. I did some activities organized by the hotel. These tours (especially the mayan cooking class) are real good, however as a single I had to pay for two people (minus a small discount). Moreover, tax & „service charge“ were added to the net prices mentioned in the flyer. Taken together this makes these tours unacceptably expensive.

Even there was a animation for kids at the pool what our son really enjoyed. The Chef cooking delicious meals and sharing some special tip to make your food better! The waiters have done always a great job , Jonathan was always having some jokes to made us laugh. Cleaning staff always was respecting your privacy and when told them come back at time they was at the point! At the point a perfect stay what I can just recommend."

"Krásný resort v nádherné zahradě o kterou je každý den pečováno, snídaně formou bufetu je naprosto dostačující, bungalovy jsou moc pěkné a našla jsem zde vše co jsem potřebovala, čistý bazén a soukromá pláž jsou další plusové body tohoto resortu, je třeba počítat s tím, že během pobytu někdy vypne elektrika, ale to je problém ostrovu Sao Tome nikoli resortu a my s tím počítali. Doporučuji výlet na ostrov Rolas, navštívit místo ďáblova tlama, vodopády, na recepci určitě poradí. Projeli jsme celý ostrov a lepší ubytování jsme opravdu nenašli. Dokonalá dovolená, děkujeme a DOPORUČUJEME"

"Excellent location, plenty of facilities on the grounds to choose from. Mambo beach was not too crowsded as we feared, and there was no construction in the area. Great customer service too, we appreciated the followup email asking if there is anything we need during our stay and our request was immediately granted."

Staff could have been a bit more friendlier, especially Hemingway/receptionists. Also there was a slight smell of mold in our room. You can pay in EUR, but not worth it since the change you will get back is in USD, hence losing money.

"Pěkný s výhledem do atria a v dálce na moře pokoj, přátelský přístup obsluhy, super snídaně, obědy, svačiny i večeře. Skvělé víno a lokální alkohol + míchané drinky. Malá, ale čistá pláž a jako bonus stín původních stromů, plus menší aquapark s tobogány a skluzavkami. Jednoduché vybavení posilovny, ale s klimatizací, takže cajk. Punch machine, stolní fotbálek nebo hokej a další vychytávky pro děti."

"Moc se nám líbilo vybavení pokoje, toustovač, varná konvice, lednice, fén atd.. Po dlouhé době konečně normální koupelna s normální sprchou. Každý den jedna lahev vody na osobu a velice jsme ocenili extra osušky, které byly určené na pláž. Lokalita kousek od krásné pláže v dosahu lékárna, 7/11 je trošku dál na pěší procházku, ale dá se to."

Postele nebyly pohodlné v tom smyslu, že jakmile se někdo vedle vás na matraci pohnul vzbudí vás to. Personál by mohl být trochu víc komunikativní a úsměv přeci nic nestojí - škoda.

"Das Zimmer war überraschend groß und modern eingerichtet – man merkt sofort, dass alles neu ist. Besonders schön: die tolle Ausstattung mit Espresso-Maschine und kostenlosem Kaffee. Auch das Bad war sehr geräumig und hochwertig gestaltet. Über die Terrasse mit eigenem Strandkorb hatte man einen wunderbaren Blick Richtung Bodden – perfekt, um abends den Tag ausklingen zu lassen"

Das Zimmer ließ sich trotz der Verdunkelungsmöglichkeiten nur bedingt abdunkeln, da durch die Milchglastür früh Tageslicht hereinkam. Bei der Ankunft war es zudem recht staubig, was etwas den ersten Eindruck trübte. Außerdem war der Kaffeeweißer aufgrund der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit auf der Insel hart geworden.

"The view from our room, any room in fact, looked out over the crashing waves that rolled in from the Indian Ocean. Biggest room weve had in Bali.The staff were ready to look after our every whim. They brought meals in from outside restaurants. Instead of 2 tiny water bottles per day they provided a 20 litre water dispenser. The pool overlooked the black pebbly beach. The surrounding area was not overwhelmed by tourists and the locals were 1980's friendly."

Hotel je už starší. Ale s tím se počítalo. Kafe nebylo dobré 😄 a pláž se zavírala brzy-už v 17, ale v Bahrainu je dost možností, co dělat…..

En el gimnasio no funcionaban las maquinas. La habitación está bien es limpia y cómoda pero se podría actualizar un poco la decoración. Por ser un resort en el precio podría estar incluido el desayuno

"Nice and spaceous property just a 5-10 min drive from Tahko Ski Resort. 3 of the rooms out of 4 had private bathrooms, which was very convinient. Also the sauna was very specious. Would come back again!"

The furniture is a little outdated. The room service could add more variety to their menu.

"Ocenila jsem prostorný a klidný pokoj, malý bazén a především vstřícného majitele Joshe a jeho personál. Taky místní restauraci, kde bylo možné za příplatek se výborně najíst."

Zažila jsem poměrně masívní výpadek proudu, takže pár hodin nefungovala klimatizace. To ovšem může rezort ovlivnit jen velmi okrajově.
