"The place is a jewel in the heart of Beirut. I was impressed with the facilities and, more so, with the staff. They were courteous and accommodating. They consistently went out of their way to see that our needs were exceeded. I was so pleased with everything that I booked an extra family room for my extended family so they could stay in it for a couple of nights and avoid commuting to and from the hotel. When I return to Beirut, I will stay there. Again and again."
