Carlsen Residence – hodnocení od hostů
"the apartment was good value for money, all key aspects were good"
"needs some investment in fixing balcony glass and a decent iron with a longer cord."
"Good location, spacious apartment and bed size, and decent amenities to use."
"Not well maintained, there were 4 toothbrushes found in the kitchen, the washing machine was dirty inside, and the mattress had stains on it as well. We had to go to Cargills in Havelock mall to buy cleaning products and a broom, as the one left in the apartment was filled with hair, so we couldn't use it. There was only 1 key, and when we requested a second copy of the key and finally received it, it malfunctioned in the door handle and didn't work... so we were only left with 1 key. There was also a balcony whereas the booking mentioned terrace. You also need to pay for the duration of your stay upfront and not upon departure. This is not mentioned on the booking.com website if you're booking from Australia."
"Highly recommend this property to stay for any reason ..very comfortable"

"I recently stayed at this lovely apartment and had a fantastic experience. The apartment is beautiful and in a very convenient location. The kitchen was spotlessly clean and had all the kitchenware we needed. The staff were very helpful as well, making our stay even more enjoyable. My family and I were very happy with our stay, and we will definitely choose this apartment for our next visit as well. Highly recommended!"

"The apartment itself is very clean and well maintained/furnished, and the broader Havelock City staff/services are good. Features which made our stay enjoyable include: - The living area is large enough to invite guests. - AC systems in the living area and each bedroom. - Modern bathrooms with good water pressure. - A range of quality cookware and dining tableware. - A helpful and responsive host (e.g., collecting keys, cleaning times, late check out)."

"Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet. Alles da was man braucht.

"Breakfast and dinner was superb, a mix between Sri Lankan and western dishes. The team was very attentive for all our needs and the kids loved the pool. Great place to stay for a night or two."

"Velmi milí a vstřícní majitelé. Mile nás překvapilo, že nás pan majitel vyzvedl přímo u autobusu. Výborné snídaně i večeře. Pokoj dostatečně velký a čistý."
Perda Bindu Homestay
"Posizione fantastica in mezzo alla natura scoiattoli che saltano sul terrazzo e a volte anche scimmie e pavoni, esperienza unica, un po’ più nell’entro terra ma va benissimo, era quello che cercavo"
Enrico Midigama Home Stay Rooms
"Krásný apartmá, se super lokalitou a dostupností do restaurací, obchodu a beach baru."
Daniel Madla rooms
"Blízko pláže ke koupaní i k surfování, rodinný guest house, v okolí místní restaurace na pláži a další bary s velkým výběrem jídla místní i mezinárodní kuchyně. Hostitel velmi přátelský."

"Perfect family getaway at Padmi Villa! We travelled to Weligama, Sri Lanka with our teenager in February 2025 and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The second floor was exclusively for our family, and the space was perfect. The location is fantastic, and the host family were invaluable in helping us discover the best local spots. They were incredibly responsive and always willing to help with any questions. The villa is well-equipped, and the kitchen made it easy to prepare our own meals. We were even treated to delicious traditional food on our last day! We highly recommend Padmi Villa to families looking for a comfortable and authentic stay"
