"Felt like part of the family. The wonderful owner gave me a ride into town, I left me luggage there after checkout and when I retired to collect, his wife made me tea and cookies even when I checked out. Very clean rooms, beautiful balcony."
"I did get locked out one night and had to burn the rope that was locking the gate to get in haha so just make sure to let the owner know if you will be late."
"A very nice village style two storied home stay with lots of tress inside the premises. Hosts (uncle-aunty) were very nice, served us with English breakfast with fruits and was reasonably charged."

"Very comfortable room, well decorated and on a quiet street. This was the first place we stayed in Sri Lanka and it was a great way to start our trip. You can see the ocean from the balcony which is a lovely way to start the day. The owner was so friendly and welcoming upon arrival. Location is good but does require some walking to nearby amenities, or a quick tuk tuk ride (to Galle fort for example)"

"The owners were the nicest people we have met in sri lanka , so hospitable and friendly. It is a family run hotel which adds to the charm, the grounds were kept well and the room was nice. It seemed to be a wife and husband we saw the most , they delivered breakfast to the table outside our room each morning and the tea and toast was fab , the man offered warming conversations telling us his sons achivement studying abroad in Japan !! We would love to stay here again"

"Ubytování bylo velice příjemné. Pan hostilel se staral večer o zábavu a při výborné večeři nám hrál na bubny. Vzal nás na procházku po okolí. Zařídil nám Jeep do safari , o nic jsme se nemuseli starat. Možnost půjčení skútra. Na to že jsme byli ve stanu, cítila jsem se jako kdybych byla v chatce. Jestli pojedu ještě někdy do Yala safari, ubytuji se určitě tady."

"We had such a good, memorable time here. Taken very well care of by Manju (the owner), we enjoyed a very comfortable stay in the wild, off the beaten track, with beautiful nature all around us. The food was delicious and filling, vegetarian and vegan diets catered for completely. They lit us a fire one night and we enjoyed dinners by candlelight every night. The beds were super comfy and the large hut that we stayed in was very spacious - good for all bags and clothes. Manju organised our safari day and our trip to a local beach. He was ready to meet our every need and was very kind and friendly with our children too."

"Reasonably priced compared to alternatives in the area. Our half day (evening) Safari guided by Nikki was great and we noted that most other vehicles in block A didn’t have a guide and hence struggled to spot wildlife. Some food was very good - especially the curries at lunch. We loved the set up for the dinner by the bonfire. Rooms were cleaned thoroughly."
