"Naprosto úžasné ubytovaní. Nádherná vila s krásnou terasou, kde se také podává snídaně, která je velmi bohatá a chutná. Majitelka Pringi je naprosto úžasný člověk. Poradila se vším co bylo potřeba. I její manžel je velmi milý a zábavný. Pringi nám ještě dala na cestu banány. Cítili jsme se tam opravdu moc hezky. Jediný nedostatek byl, že záchod od ložnice nebyl oddělen dveřmi. Ale to nevím zda je to takto ve všech pokojích. Nic méně všechno okolo bylo, tak úžasné, že to nepovažuji za důvod to tady nenavštívit. Bylo zde velmi čisto, dostupnost skvělá a majitelé naprosto výjimeční a to bylo pro nás důležité."

"We had the best stay at The Peppermint with Pringi and Srimal, they are so welcoming and kept us entertained from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was lovely and we had the pleasure of doing a cooking class in the evening to prepare dinner. The homestay is clean and spacious and is located a short tuktuk drive from Kandy city centre in a beautiful quiet area surrounded by jungle. We wish to return in the future!"

Her home is surrounded by the beautiful jungle, the rooms are very comfortable, and she is an excellent cook and prepares the most delicious meals. "A magical house surrounded by lush greenery, close to the town center! A beautiful terrace among the trees, where the wonderful Pringi serves excellent breakfasts, and if you’re lucky, also dinners. Charming, tastefully decorated rooms with views of the greenery. The owners are extraordinary, lovely, caring, and very funny! I wholeheartedly recommend it!"

"If I could give a higher rating, I would. Pringi and her husband were incredible and we wish we had been able to stay longer with them. They were so welcoming and went out of their way to help us during our short stay in Kandy. Their home is beautiful, and the room we stayed in was so spacious, and the bed super comfortable. The terrace was really nice to relax on, and we had some delicious tea with with Pringi and her husband when we arrived. They gave us so many tips to see as much of Kandy as possible in the limited time we had. The morning we departed we had a very early start - not only did they help us research the bus we needed to take, but they both got up early and Pringi's husband dropped us off at the bus station at 5am! Pringi even packed us the most delicious breakfast of sweet roti to have once we got onto the bus. The property is up in the hill above Kandy and easy to get a tuk tuk from town. We will definitely be back, and for much longer!"

"Where do I begin? Staying with Pringi and Srimal is an experience you cannot put a price on. Their warmth and generosity is unparalleled, and after only 3 nights, I feel as though they are family. I have never experienced better hospitality - they will go above and beyond to make sure you have a wonderful experience, and that you are safe and cared for. Pringi is the most exquisite cook! I had my birthday at the Peppermint, and she organised a very special big breakfast. She taught us how to cook dinner and Srimal showed me a local side of Kandy that not many tourists are lucky enough to experience. Their house is absolutely beautiful - clean, comfortable and nestled in the mountains with the gentle noises of the forest singing you to sleep. I cannot recommend this wonderful homestay and this gorgeous family enough ❤️ I really hope to return."

"Peppermint Guesthouse in Kandy was a lovely place to stay. The room was clean, pleasant, and well kept, offering a comfortable space to relax. While the bed was a bit firmer than expected, everything else made the stay enjoyable and welcoming. Pringi is a truly wonderful woman and an amazing cook. Her homemade dinners were absolutely delicious and added a special, homely touch to the experience. Her warmth and care made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. I would happily recommend Peppermint Guesthouse to travelers looking for a friendly atmosphere, tasty home-cooked meals, and a genuine local experience in Kandy. 🌿🍽️"
