"Bronnisime sõna otseses mõttes viimasel minutil, aga omanik oli väga vastutulelik, leidis kiirelt lahenduse. Rääkida sai nii inglise kui vene keeles. Enne peatumist näidati korter ja selles asuv kiirelt kuid põhjalikult ette. Korter asub turvalises piirkonnas. Toas väga ilusad, mugavad, kõik vajalik olemas."

"Апартаменты (квартира) находится в тихом месте. Рядом, буквально за углом, находится магазин (Lidl). Было чисто, заранее включен холодильник и проветрены комнаты. Всё необходимое было: посуда, микроволновая печь, утюг, фен. Есть лоджия, где стоит столик со стульями, можно посидеть отдохнуть, помедитировать, выпить бокал вина, покурить (пепельница была уже на лоджии). Недалеко от квартиры находится концертный зал с фонтаном "Фрегат" примерно 10 минут пешком."
"Приехав на место, пришлось ждать около 30 минут, когда привезут ключи. Было очень жарко в квартире, т.к она угловая и сверху крыша. Кондиционера нет. Стоит бойлер и надо помнить, что не на всех может хватить горячей воды. Видимо, у меня (38 лет, на данный момент :-D) наступает возраст, когда надо ездить со своей подушкой, были подушки, но были твёрдыми и высокими, неудобно спать. От квартиры море далеко почти 3 км. Рядом с домом проходит дорога с интенсивным движением, поэтому с открытым окном спать сложно, очень шумно (правда, кому как)."

"Все чистинько, аккуратно. Есть все необходимое для проживания(даже более длительного). Место тихо, солнечная сторона, большая лоджия со стульями. Возьмём на заметку эту место для следующих путешествий!"

"Excellent location. Very well equipped. Nice, large bathroom. And we were greeted with champagne! In addition, the host is very responsive and quick to get in touch. Great place for up to 3 people! There were four of us and we stayed there for over a week, most nights just two or three of us slept there. The couple nights though, when all four of us slept in the accommodation, became very cramped, but the host warned us about it, although a few nights are not a big problem. In any case, I would not recommend to take this apartment longer for a night or two, if you are 4 people, and all of you plan to actually sleep there, and good night sleep is what you are seeking for - otherwise - one of the finest choices to explore Valmiera to the fullest! :)"

"I loved everything about this place, location is perfect, if you're traveling by train or autobus 10-15 mins walk maximum. You don't have to worry about groceries, small mini-mart is 3 mins walk away with everything you may need, If you arrive late and the mini mart is closed,you can always grab something to eat at Circle-K gas station open 24hrs. If your stay is short and you want to explore Valmiera, you may have to come again, because once you enter the apartment, you won't want to go outside. It's so nice and cozy and equipped with everything. On my stay I didn't go outside once. I highly recommend this place."
