"Overlooking the ocean, infinity pool. Steps down to the beach. Just on the edge of town, lots of restaurants and tourist shops. Yoga studio was a short walk with regular yoga classes. Restaurant next to pool."

"Was great to have the kitchenette as I was sick for the first week of our stay. The houskeeping staff was excellent and attentive. The front desk staff was amazing and the bar staff was excellent. A beautiful room with a view of sea an sun. I would absolutely stay again and hopefully for longer than 20 days."

"Could not make local calls from landline in room. Firestick would not work on TV, but wifi in room was good. Not always hot water for dishes and showers."

"Beautiful hotel with exceptional staff. Anna & Ivan went above and beyond. What really stood oitbis how happy all the staff were...even the guests were nice. Absolutely paradise."

"The beds were not that comfortable and the food in the restaurant wasnt great and more expensive than if you venture out."

"View of the ocean from our balcony was stunning. Birds, whales and even dolphins on occasion. 2 elevators, wheel chair ramp, full size appliances in the kitchen area of our 'studio'room. Location close to restaurants, live music at the hotel twice a week Pub food at hotel was also good including fresh Caesar salad. etc"

"The furniture and ambience on the main floor lobby was tired. Views of storage rooms messy. I enjoyed the pool and it looked great from the lobby but if you go down to the beach and look back, oh , oh. Cement facade and steps are in bad shape after hurricane last October."

"Location was great and staff was awesome! They had a lovely pool and entertainment area overlooking the pool and ocean. Food was good too and they had entertainment some nights."

"Our room had too double beds, would have preferred a king or at least a queen. Not super comfortable. Also a couch or couple of chairs in the room would have been nice."

"Me fascinan los servicios del hotel, su calidad y hospitalidad. El restaurante del hotel tiene variedad en su menú y todo está riquísimo!! Siempre volvemos en familia, es visita obligada al menos una vez al año. Nos la pasamos increíble."

"Lo que no me pareció de mi estancia ahí fueron 2 cosas 1.- en la recepción está un joven que su actitud es de muy mal gusto como le me estuviera haciendo un favor a todo lo que le solicites los demás empleados fueron muy amables y atentos a todo lo que les solicitaba 2.- días antes de mi llegada mandé un mensaje al hotel preguntando que si tenía un descorche o costo extra tener las bebidas incluidas a lo cual me dijeron que no qué mis vendidas las podía traer sin ningún problema y que también contaban con barra por si quería algo de ella, por lo cual yo preparé mis bebidas para los días que iba a estar llegando al hotel queriendo estar en la alberca con mis bebidas me hace la mención de que no puedo, mi bebida no era de cristal y no pude afectar a nada del establecimiento era un termo con mi bebé adentro y me hace una molestia de decirme que no puedo estar con mi bebida dentro porque fuerzas tengo que consumir de la barra fue molesto para mí pero accedí, al día siguiente llegaron otras personas igual con sus bebidas y sí estuvieron dentro de la alberca y nunca se les hizo ninguna mención por lo cual yo también volví a consumir de mis bebidas en la alberca yo siento que si pregunté desde un principio y me dijeron que era libre el consumo en la alberca o en las instalaciones deberían respetar ya que tampoco cuentan con servicio para poder pagar y no estar preocupándome por lo que voy a tomar"

"La ubicación está de lujo, cercas de todo frente a un jardín y muchos lugares para poder comer, no tuve la experiencia de comer ahí ya que los precios se me hicieron elevados, solo probé una piña colada y no fue muy buena y el precio elevado."

"Que en la zona de mar tienes que pagar al lado para disfrutar una silla, no fue gravoso pero sí incómodo"
