"The room was a good size for a one night stay. Free "breakfast" at the reception - not expecting too much, it was pretty basic pastries and coffee with some juices and cereals. The staff was pretty friendly and helpful when asked questions."

"We stayed here for 1 night before we flew home after a 2 week holiday around Yucatan. It was a good location, close to the ADO bus terminal and the airport was only 20 mins in a taxi. There was great restaurants around the hotel where we had dinner and breakfast. There is also a nearby shopping mall. The hotel itself is very clean and has all you need. The staff were friendly and helpful."

Sind uns beim check out mit 30 extra-Minuten entgegengekommen und haben uns bei verschiedenen organisatorischen Dingen unterstützt. Ja, das Hotel liegt nicht am Strand, aber es hat die perfekte Lage um nach dem Flug anzukommen und Ausflüge in und um Cancun zu machen!"

"La ubicación es excelente. Las instalaciones en general siempre están impecables, el servicio es muy amable. También me pareció maravilloso que tienen el servicio de café y té todo el día y de 6 a 11 am cereales, jugos y repostería. Y prestan plancha y aplanchador en caso que se necesite."

"Que no servía el elevador y se percibía que ya tiene buen rato que no lo han reparado, a pesar de que no servía el elevador pues no hubo nadie que pudiera ayudarnos con el equipaje así que fue complicado, el ruido exterior es demasiado se escucha mucho el tráfico y las sábanas picaban mucho como si las lavaran con mucho cloro 😥"
