"Overall a nice Lodge with good amenities and super nice people. Close to the Etosha Gate (just around 15-20 minutes drive), so a good base for visiting"

"There’s wifi in my room. They serve draft hansa, offer free all day filtered coffee. Theres some MTC signal here. They cook a mean springbok spag bog and the included breakfast is great. It’s a 17 minute short drive to the park gate."

"Dinner is pretty expensive even if the food is really good! Perhaps breakfast could start a little earlier(abit rushed especially when the breakfast is so good if you want to reach Andersson gate by 6.45)"

"Appartment smells of smoking and yes housekeeping was smoking, although she denied.. Ashes all over the floor and interior. When checking out make sure to check the bill. We were charged an extra dinner.and really had to prove we were somewhere else. They did not believe us first. Afterwards, when it was clear they made a mistake, no apologies were made. Very annoying and personally feels it was done deliberate. I believe that they are very opportunistic and knowing a lot of tourists just pay and do not check, they just try. BE AWARE!"

"The friendly staff and the mostly spacious rooms viz.2 of the 3 we occupied were great,the other one could do with more towel hooks and the middle wall reduced in size to provide more light to the bathroom and place to rest stuff on"

"Absolutely beautiful lodge with most gorgeous sunsets. Food was delicious. The chef specially prepared meals for me at my request. Lovely lounging areas and spectacular pool. Rooms were comfortable. The receptionist Rosalia was a perfect host very friendly,helpful and accommodating."

"Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. They give you a feeling of being in nature, like a retreat. Dinner is a buffet, all-you-can-eat with various food."

"The WiFi was down when we visited, and the network is horrible. It only works at reception. The workers are a little stingy with the meat, since I will be paying for my dinner at checkout. I thought it was free, so maybe let people know that instead of just saying dinner, lunch, and breakfast are a buffet. Paid for a game drive but only spotted a few animals, I think three. Didn’t get to see any of the big five. Place is really cool, but the game drive is a letdown."
