On our second night we were upgraded to a room overlooking the pool and beach with a balcony; worth paying a bit more for this room (our first room had no outside space) as it was larger and had an easy chair"

"The location right on the beach is pure heaven. The staff was friendly, welcoming and service minded. A couple of small issues were dealt with immediately. We stayed in two different rooms and they were both good with comfortable beds and tasteful decor. WiFi was good, though you must be in the right location in the hotel for it to work."

"Music was played randomly and sometimes quite loud. Could be any time of day. It was sometimes difficult to just have a relaxing time. I would be happy to go back but I would not book the rooms facing the pool & the sea for this reason."

"It’s a true beachfront hotel, and my room on the first floor had a pool view — but I could also see the ocean, which was an amazing surprise. Yes, it’s one of the more expensive hotels in Las Peñitas, but absolutely worth it in my opinion. I chose it for the direct beach access — just a few steps and you’re on the sand. Everything worked smoothly, even the food and drink invoices were accurate and easily split between our rooms. I can definitely recommend this place."

"Great place! The pool was nice and the kids loved the huge waves at the beach. The staff was super helpful, even preparing coffee and fruit for us for our departure at 4 am. We had good service at the restaurant, and the breakfast was really good. There isn't much around the hotel but you can catch the bus right outside the hotel. Would definitely return."

"Reception staff were very friendly and offered us a welcome drink. Breakfast was SUPERB! The best out of the 4 hotels we stayed in. Gorgeous location right on the beach. We had a stunning sea view room."

"There was no safe, and there were no sunbeds around the pool, just chairs."

"The staff was very friendly, nice and always ready to help. The food was very good: the pancakes were very tasty and fluffy. The fish tacos were also very good, so were the Shrimps with garlic sauce. The room was very clean, you could hear the waves during the night, perfect to sleep."

"The pool was not that clean. During the weekend, some guests brought their own speakers and played loud music, showing little regard for the comfort of others. While the hotel staff refrained from intervening, likely out of courtesy, it’s clear that such behavior is inconsiderate to fellow guests seeking a peaceful experience. A reminder or policy from the hotel to ensure a more respectful atmosphere would greatly enhance the stay for everyone."
