"Prijemny, ochotny, vstricny, mily personal. Vsude cisto. Pokoj-doplnovani vody, kava, caj, cukr, konvice, hrnky... Koupelna-sampon, gel na myti, krem na telo, tubni kartacky"

"Fantastic location and amazing staff that were so helpful. The rooms have everything you need and make for a very comfortable stay. Breakfast is also really great and generous portions!! Lots of options. We loved it so much we booked a number of times to come back after treks and excursions. they also stored our bags for us which was so helpful. Thank you 🙏🏽"

"A wonderful gem of a hotel, the best so far on my travels since December. - Really comfortable bed, pillows, duvets - Excellent shower with a screen, bathroom doesn’t get flooded. Piping hot water all of the time - Delicious freshly made breakfast ordered from a menu - The three outstanding staff members at reception, the wonderful lady and the 2 lovely gentlemen are always on hand to help - Excellent location, off the main busy areas of Thamel"

"After a hard trek with a heavy bag up the hill, it was great that it is the first lodge you come to. The room was good and had a great view. The dining area was very warm and had a very friendly atmosphere about it. The food was really good, delicious and very generous portions. It's also next to the big monastery which is very impressive to walk around and great that it's a 2 minute walk away."

"The best aspect of this hotel is the staff. Front door security, reception, restaurant, house keeping are very friendly and accommodating. Location is very good, near the hustle and bustle of Tinchuli and Boudanath, yet quiet at night. Design is very well done, and room, bed and bathroom are very comfortable. High water pressure, hot water shower, small refrigerator and water kettle are provided. The restaurant has a good selection of local and Western food, all dishes of good quality. It's certainly recommended as a restaurant."

"I had a comfortable stay at Hotel Sunrise Heaven in Pokhara. The rooms were decent and overall the place felt like good value for money. The location was a bit difficult to navigate at first, but once we found it, it was manageable. One thing to note is that there was quite a bit of noise early morning every day the banging of the door, though I’m not sure of the reason. Also, hot shower was available mainly in the afternoon, which might be inconvenient for those who prefer morning showers. However, I really appreciate the staff for allowing us to use the kitchen, which was very helpful. Overall, a budget-friendly stay with basic comfort and supportive staff."
