"Pokoje vypadají mnohem lépe, než na fotkách, pěkné, moderní a velmi udržované ubytování, majitelka byla velmi milá a je vidět, že se o prostor opravdu stará. Všude bylo čisto, velká kuchyň a terasa, čisté voňavé deky a povlečení. Jedno z mála ubytování, kde třídí odpad. Moc hezké."
"Je slyšet hluk od dalších ubytovaných, ale to je tím, jak jsou domy na Novém Zélandu stavěné, je to běžná věc. Naštěstí všichni ubytovaní chodili hlavně na výlety, takže chodili brzo spát."

"We stayed 3 nights and never met a staff member. It would have been helpful to have some instructions on how to enter the property before arrival, as the door was locked and the instructions on it were a bit confusing. However once we had found and rung the phone number and got in it was fine."
"Sandra was very helpful. There were a lot of showers. The common room was spacious and there is outdoor seating with a BBQ. There is a handy room for drying outdoor equipment. Enough space in the kitchen for food storage and fridge space."

"If you are looking for an exceptional place to stay on the Coromandel peninsula, this is it. The Lodge is quite large with everything you could need: kitchenette, couch and TV, comfy bed, large bathroom (tub + huge shower), terrace and the a spectacular view of Whitianga! As you would expect, it was very quiet, and the layout is such that, that you can enjoy total privacy. Carol and Warren were very welcoming and we had a nice chat every morning with Warren as he brought us a lovely breakfast. The road up the lodge is fairly steep but it wasn't an issue at all, so if you have a decent car I wouldn't worry about it. While in our particular case, we didn't have the best weather throughout the stay, we appreciated that the lodge is furnished so as to feel like home, which made for a cozy day in. I could tell that there was a lot of thought put into the furnishing and decorating of the lodge!"

"Murray’s on Mary was an excellent choice of stay for us . It had all the home comforts you could wish for with bests that were so comfortable you didn’t want to get up .. Showers are often hit & miss when away from home but this one was a hit all the way . We loved Ziggy & the 1950’s coffee table was a delight ."
