I requested a wake-up call to leave at 12 midnight and the consierge came to knock my door (I did wake with the phone call). It was near all I was looking for, Bank, shopping & transportation."
"I did an early check-in (more less 11 AM) and even though I informed I was leaving at midnight (and would not take breakfast) they charged me the extra for the early check-in. I guess they could have considered it. (I loved all the rest, so I still give them a 10)."

"Estuve en el tercer piso y en las noches habia mucho ruido de la calle y del piso 2 donde tenían eventos, pasadas las 23:00 se acababa el ruido del hotel solo quedaba el ruido de los pitos de los carros que para esa hora bajaba bastante. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien y el ingreso a la ducha un poco molesto, tiene tina de baño y para poder ingresar había que alzar el pie entre 50 a 60 cm, que para personas con problemas de movilidad nos afecta."
