"Skvělý personál, čistota v pokoji i ve společných prostorech (kuchyň, WC) a ideální dostupnost od památek (ubytování je přímo nad zastávkou tramvaje). Pesonál se uměl dobře domluvit i anglicky a byl velice milý a uměl poradit a pomoct."

"Pár zvláštních bludů (hostů), kteří s námi v hostelu bydleli, na ubytování nebyla klimatizace, takže na pobyt v létě trochu vedro v pokoji a v noci hluk z ulice (ale dalo zvládnout i tak). Možná by to ale chtělo přidat více úložného prostoru, který tam chyběl. Jinak VŠECHNO NAPROSTO SUPER!"

"The lady at the reception is the best, very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Very good location. Close to park, city centre, shops, bank. Bedsheets were clean, the rest was cleaned, too. Good quality for money if you're more about exploring the city."

"Hard to find the entrance with no signage. I had accidentally clicked two people on my booking and when they realised I was paying for two instead of one there was no attempt to rectify this. No explanation on arrival of where things were like kitchen or wifi password etc. ( later saw it was on desk but facing away from where you come in) . But good value option in town if you pay for right number of people!"

"It is a comfortable studio, but it needs renovation. The location is central. The view is nice. It has a fully equipped kitchen. The bed is good. It was warm in the room."

"There is no Wifi. I contacted the staff many times and they did not want to fix it. Many things need renovation. Windows are old as other reviewers mention as well. Water comes outside of the shower cabine. The coffee machine sometimes start without touching it. You hear the street. And there was no big light in the room, probably the light bulb burned out (the staff could have checked this before my arrival, but they did not)."

And this was when it was 0 degrees outside. I can't imagine what happened when it’s like the temperature is below zero outside. I think it will be unbearable in the room then.
