"The room allowed for a couple to each open a suitcase without them being a hazard. The public areas were a bit dated and not very attractive but if one could look past that then everything was fine. The exiatence of an elevator was very welcome. Tand to explain everything to us.he snack machine was very welcome. The free ride to the cruise port was a surprise for me and very well received. All the basic needs for an overnight stay were adequately met and the staff as there to greet us after midnight . Much better alternative to paying such high costs at the other available hotels. Seemed as if the hotel was near to services and not in an isolated residential area."

"The exterior and public areas were a bit dingy and dated and belied the very comfort able and spacious room awaiting you. Sign on door was missing a letter or two. .No phones in room but not too inconvenient to return to receptionist."

"Very clean room, nice spot near Convention Center and near Old San Juan. Plenty of restaurants around the area. AC, hot water, wifi, tv works find. The rooms has microwave and small fridge that is a plus. For the rate was very good and clean."

"We stayed in Suite 23 with a balcony overlooking the busy San Francisco street … right in the heart of San Juan where you can soak up the local atmosphere, close to all the bars and restaurants. The suite has everything you need and although a little dated it has everything you would want and the bed is so comfy. The hosts have gone out of their way to welcome us and provide all the necessities and there’s water, snacks provided and they even brought us a bottle of Cava … very nice people. If you’re looking for the Ritz-Carlton experience this isn’t the place for you but if you want to be immersed in the local atmosphere, in a comfortable suite that has everything you would need then this is the place for you."

"We had a wonderful stay at the guesthouse. We loved the countryvibe with all the animals and their sounds. For the squawking of the peakock at night, there are earplugs provided in the room. There is an outdoor kitchen to prepare your own meals. We hat breakfast upstairs by our room, because when eating downstairs at the eating area we were visited by the very friendly but curious cats and hen of the house. The room as very clean and well equipped. We appreciated the coffeemaker in the room. Beachchairs and towels were provided. The owners sent us contacts for rental car companies and tour operators upon our arrival."
