"Very great location, easy to find, host is super responsive and cooperative. Saved a lot of headache when arriving way earlier to PR. Place is what in a photo, has all what is needed. Well would we be back- 100proc!"

"We stayed there before Thanksgiving on 2025. The views, architecture and pools are 10/10. There are 2 hot tubs and 3 pools. It may be not so spacious during holidays, but we stayed before the Tanksgiving, there were not so many people. The place is gorgeous. Service(hotel personnel) was great. Renovated room was nice, we really liked our room! There were a lot of towels, nice robes, steamer, good selections of tea/coffe/hot chocolate. Overall, I think it is a great option for senior people/families with kids. If you want something more interesting that pools+nice service+a few fixed options for dining, just do not choose resourt in general (go to Rincon instead). I would give this place 5/5 if food was better."
